Horrible. They do not give a damn about walk in customers. You're better off in drive through. They will ignore you till you order on the screen. I just ordered chips and a drink. They cleared the whole drive through then I had to ask for my order. I wanted to make it quick but they straight up ignore you. It's happened multiple times and it's very frustrating they need to improve on this.

I had a good experience, got all my cravings met, had good recommendations for a freeze drink, and the bean burritos were really good! For all the taco bells I've gone to in the Denver Metro, they usually fail to make a good satisfying bean and cheese. This store nailed it, and it's my favorite. Thanks team!

Honestly - I couldn't figure out how to use the new ordering system. Then I was told the double-decker doesn't exist. Cashier seemed very unimpressed with having to manually ring up my order - so I just left. Taco Bell - your new ordering kiosk is to confusing. Let me just order a double decker and Mexican pizza from a cashier.

I pulled through the drive through to pay for a cup of water and they said they did not sell those. I offered to pay two for the price of one and he said there was nothing he could do for me sorry about that playa. Can you believe that !!!!

The dining room was locked at 1pm so we chose to go through the drive-thru. Be warned that you are trapped in the drive-thru lane with no way to drive around when the employees take over 20 minutes to serve 3 cars. They also got the order wrong after we waited for that long with no way to choose to leave. Ridiculous for a fast food joint. Taco bell shouldn't take longer than Chipotle.

During and just after COVID this Taco Bell was the highest rated in the whole Denver metro area. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was warm and tasty. Then, it had highly limited hours for a period of time because of shortages in staff. After fully reopening it has not been the same and has started going down hill fast. At my last visit, the staff didn't even acknowledge me at the front counter when I came in to pickup my mobile order. I had to go through the drive thru and read my order number because they couldn't figure out the name on the order.
Don't order online! It was ready in 30!!! minutes after order was placed. 20 minutes waiting after arriving.What a poor management!
