It's good, but if are in any sort of time crunch, do not stop here. Leave yourself time, and then add on about 10 more minutes than what you expected. While preparing fresh foods like these should take time, the young staff shows no sense of urgency when preparing your food.

First time visiting this place because I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. I tried the Vitality Wrap and was nervous trying it at first since I normally don’t eat avocados. I tell you what!! My husband got an earful of how amazingly delicious it was. I didn’t even have time to take a photo, I ate it so fast. Wow! I’ll be coming back for sure! Loved every bite! The staff and surrounding customers were all friendly and welcoming. Pretty clean and inviting atmosphere.

I have come here ever since the castle rock location opened. This was the first time I was extremely disappointed. I came in 30 min before they closed. The girl told me their lobby closed at 7. I told her we would be out by 7. She came out at 6:50 while we were eating to again remind me that we needed to be out in 10 min. Very rude. When my bowl came out it was very runny. It was also missing strawberries, cacao, and gogi berries. I went up to the counter to ask about it and she said they were out of all of those things but I still got charged the same amount. I was annoyed but sat down to eat. It was mostly granola with a ton of honey. Too sweet to eat. It wasn't even worth it to complain again. I didn't finish the bowl and just left. I will never come back

I tried the location in Lubbock, TX and have been hooked on açaí bowls ever since. I was so close to taking another trip to Lubbock when I discovered we had a Vitality Bowls right in Colorado. I made the 30-45 minute drive happily. The ambiance I received when I walked in was upbeat, and family/friend oriented. I could tell the location got a lot of regulars because of the small interactions I saw between the employees and the customers. I was able to try mulberries, which I can say I did but I never want to do again I ordered my new usual the Dessert Bowl as well as the Pesto Power Chicken Bowl. The dessert bowl was sweet but not too sweet, the fruit was super fresh, and the chocolate chips gave me the chocolate I always tend to crave. The pesto bowl was zesty, seasoned well, the textures were perfect, altogether all of the ingredients worked together well. I would've liked a little bit more leafy greens, but hands down I would order it again. I definitely recommend this place whether you have to drive to get there or if it's right in your neighborhood.

I visit this Castle Rock location regularly. Great friendly service and good food that will make you feel strong and satisfied! If you are in a rush, the app is a convenient way to place an order and have it ready when you arrive. My kids love it as well.

Love Vitality bowls. My kids like it as an alternative to eating fast food. It's refreshing and I always feel good eating it. Love the owners!

Photos of the bowls show the bowls filled to the rim, not the case w/mine. My strawberries were mushy and seemed to be old. I asked the lady at the front with blonde hair for a spoon and she touched all over the spoon after being at the register. Gross! Overall the quality was not good. There needs to be improvement on quality, freshness, and sanitization. I should have went to Nekter to be honest.

Girl was on iPad checking emails. No greeting. 20 minutes for toast and a wrap. They really took their time chatting and weren't working on it. I know because I watched them through the window. When they saw me they finally started working on it. Lousy service, half hearted apology. That said the food was super good. Will try another day

Ordered 3 bowls and 2 drinks, took them over 40 mins to get it out. Girls just kept coming out to the lobby and talking with what seemed to be their friend. Get the order out then talk miss girls.

These 3 young ladies were being very very offensive and rude while taking my order and I have found it very hurtful and maybe not be returning, you have lost my loyalty and respect towards this franchise, I think one of the ladies' names was Giana, Brooke, and Jaylene so rude and should be talked to. Treated super unfair and disrespectfully, One of the workers was sitting in the kitchen while I had placed my order and it was packed. Another worker kindly helped me out, I think her name was jamister or something like that she is very kind and very helpful and sweet! #slayyed

Disgusting! This is the sponge they use to clean dishes that are used to make our orders. Looks like mold is growing on the bottom of sponge. For the price they charge for their products, you would think they could afford new sponges.

Vitality is one of the best spots in town! I ordered the vitality açaí bowl and it was amazing. It looked like there was only two workers working the kitchen and taking orders and they got everything out very timely! The environment was great to sit down and eat peacefully. I will definitely be coming back and the customer service from the two girls was amazing!

So delicious and healthy for the wrap. Best wrap in my hole life - chimichurri wrap!!! A lot of fresh vegetables inside.
