We stopped by in ol cedarberry (Cedaredge) one of my many, hometowns from, child hood.Decided we need a quick bite to eat.Stopped by the Lost Mesa Grill, and really enjoyed it.They have coloring books for kids to use. That is my first time experience a restaurant that trys hard to entertain the children. Usually the color sheet is on the backside of the kids menu. We really enjoyed the coloring book!!The stuffed mushrooms were fabulous. So delicious and EXPLOSIVE flavor in our mouths. Really excellent blend of cheese, sausage, spinach, and mushroom. Well done. Perfectly seasoned. I literally licked my plate lol.The jukebox theme was really fun, those are some cool antique jukeboxes.We ate the Roasted Beet Salad, Chicken Strips, and Downtown Deluxe(see pictures), very delicious and impressive.So glad we stopped here today.PamEvan the ownerOscarWalkerLandonTreated us out today. Can't say enough good about this place. My dog (and traveling companion) was made welcome and treated like royalty - always a challenge, when you have a big dog with anxiety. Food was delicious, wait staff friendly and fun. The cook even brought out a piece of bacon as a treat for my dog.So many restaurants don't welcome dogs, and only grudgingly accept service dogs. Lost Mesa Grill stands out, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm passing through town.

Stopped for lunch and we had steak salad, corn bacon chowder, and fish & chips. ALL of it was fantastic!! Best tarter sauce I've ever had. Chowder was thick and creamy with lots of substance (NOT mostly taters!!), cod was freshly battered and fried perfectly. My friend said the steak salad had all the ingredients she uses when she makes a good salad, but this one was better! The effort put forth from the staff SHINES!! ?

Save your money. Stopped for lunch and ordered french onion soup and wife ordered plain hamburger with tater tots. French onion soup was made with undercooked onions and the broth was weak and almost tasteless. Cheese was not standard Swiss, tasted more like Jack or Mozzarella. Big gloppy piece of bread on top. Wife's tater tots were completely underwhelming and tasted like breaded pieces of bread. Onions on the hamburger were limp and looked like they were sliced three days prior. The only good thing was the water and service. Overpriced and underwhelming!
