I got the poodle bites and idk if I was expecting like more of a hush puppy with a little bit of ground meat inside, but that first bite of pure cornmeal-fried sausage absolutely took me out. You must get these. The Gwarled cheese was really good too, you gotta put the pickles on it for some bite cause it's rich. Pork belly was a tad dry for me. The sweet tots were the best I've ever had (and I come from the state that invented tater tots!) The service: awesome. We recently came for Thanksgiving weekend drinks with friends. They have a good variety of holiday-inspired drinks, like a cider whiskey, and a peppermint hot chocolate, both of which were divine! They also have an excellent beer selection. We loved that they served all the specialty cocktails out of mismatched coffee cups with paper straws. It was such a fun touch! All the staff are so friendly and attentive. We were also surprised that they had food options. We started smelling chili and it got our taste buds buzzing! They have options like chips and queso, and soft pretzels with the same queso cheese, both of those hit the spot for a quick snack! Also, a spicy chili, however, I did speak to a woman who said it wasn’t that spicy. I’d love to try the chili next time! “I can't believe I held out for so long! We finally broke down and gave Bad Daddy's a shot. The food was SO GOOD. It was prepared EXACTLY as we ordered it. The flavors of all the sauces were incredibly well paired, the shakes were THICC and rich, the beer-battered onion rings were utter perfection, the mac and cheese really tastes homemade and the chips were crispy without being hard. All in all it was fun but I like the demver location better.“
