I had my second visit today. The first one was outstanding. I had wings both times. My first visit I expressed to my daughter it was the best wings I had ever had and could not wait to return. Much to my dismay the wings were burned.. literally burned and dried out. I ended up throwing them away. There is no service to speak of. There is a language barrier. My opinion is the food could be fantastic or garbage depending on the day. For $15.75 for 6 wings I expect better.

This restaurant offers a convenient experience with its order-at-the-kiosk system. The extensive menu caters to various tastes, though the seafood pancake could be crispier for aficionados. The fried chicken is flavorful but slightly steep in price. However, the stonebowl bulgogi is a standout, delivering rich flavors and a satisfying meal. It's counter service only, and you're responsible for cleaning your table.

This review makes me sad, and I hope it doesn't anger the owners but rather inspires them. Korean food is a passionate love for me and my family (having Korean heritage and growing up in Korea). So it was a wonderful godsend to have a Korean restaurant relatively close and one that seemed to enjoy making good Korean food. However, over the past year, the quality has suffered. Perhaps it is becoming more popular, and I am familiar with the fact that expenses have gone up. But there is no doubt that the quality has gone down. The kimchi stew, such a flavorful and basic stew for any Korean, is overly sour and salty. The kimbap, again a staple for any Korean place, is lacking in fresh flavor, letting the seaweed overwhelm the ingredients within. The bimbimbap, a wonderful dish that I was so excited to share with my family, has become very bland. Considering the cost of Korean food here in Denver, to receive this meal was disappointing.I want to support this restaurant more; I truly do. I think I will give it one more chance at a random point in the future. If it disappoints again, I will strongly suggest other Korean restaurants over Bap and Gogi.To the owners and cooks at Bap and Gogi: I am not angry. Just sad and disappointed. Please improve the quality and raise the standards. Your place deserves it, and your patrons deserve it.Thank you.

The owner didn’t pay attention the meal she was cooking. She let the stone pot sitting too long, potion of rice turn totally black. Will not return this place.

Incredible Korean fast food, however the owner seemingly does not want disabled customers. This car was parked here during our entire 1 hr visit today. I was hoping it was not the owners, and that maybe it was idling during an unload or emergency #2. Unfortunately it was here the entire time we were and the employees knew it was there and the owner's. My son is very small and light so I was able to navigate his wheelchair around the car, a larger person would have been blocked. This experience unfortunately soured the sweet garlicky taste of our bibimbop and we will not be going back.

The Galbi platter is my favorite, I have it every time I visit can't find a restaurant that makes it as good and I travel a lot. My dissatisfaction I spend 32.00 for the dish also added some extras bringing it to $52.00 and I am eating out of a polystyrene dish with plastic utensils. its not COVID anymore! Please real dishes and silverware this is not fast food

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Hands down the best kimchi I have ever eaten! I would literally come just for that alone! The food here is amazing!
