This store is always busy at the times I visit which are typically half-off days. Additionally this store is almost always understaffed. This review isn't for the store as a whole which would probably only get a 2 or 3-star review, but this review is for KiKi the bartender who despite getting dealt bad cards with being busy and understaffed most of the time does a great job managing the situation. We were hosting a large event for a Sunday morning/lunch and placed a very large order with BWW. I was sweating out the timing, as they had to be at the event by 10:00am. They were extremely accommodating, brought in cooks early to get it done, and even got them done early. They included 500 boats for serving, carrots, celery, napkins - everything we needed.The wings were delicious and everyone enjoyed them.
