WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!Food wasn’t fresh, I was given the last few scrapes of the food I selected. When I sat down outside the restaurant to eat the food was cold (less than 1-minute after I was served). So cold my cheese never melted.Chips were burnt to a crisp, covered in salt, and the queso was cold!!Drink machine wasn’t working properly, zero carbonation, no ice for fountain drinks, spilt soda everywhere on the counter & floor.After sharing my concerns with the manager I was passed off to call customer service…. Was hung up on twice, 45-minutes in I was told I was ‘SOL’.AVOIDA AT ALL COSTS!!!Dietary restrictions: The food counter was completely dirty, it hadn’t been wiped down all day from the looks of it - dried food everywhere. Each container was practically empty - when I asked for fresh food, I was denied. The food handler was mixing the tongs in different food containers.

Chipotle has gone in the can these last few years. Got catering, no warmers, everything lukewarm. Pay attention or u don’t get half the ingredients that used to be included. Pay extra for little things like full tortillas. Skimp on salad dressing. No customizing the order. Expensive. Not the company that got me through college, so disappointing.

We arrived at 6pm to an empty restaurant. We ordered dinner for the family. We all smiled, and were friendly and patient the whole time. Not one smile back, thank you, or any common courtesy. We ordered a fountain drink for my 10 year old daughter and they didn’t give us a straw or a lid even though it was to go. We had to interrupt the customer behind us to request one. The attitudes were absolutely terrible. I own a small business and if my employees treated customers like this they would be fired on the spot. They made us so uncomfortable that we started discussing the second we were out of the store. Now we’re making the review in the parking lot. We love Chipotle but will definitely never be back to this store! When we arrived we were excited that there was no line, I think we understand why now.

Ordered the Barbacoa which was fatty and rather bland but it really doesn't matter what I order, I always regret it 30 minutes later with instant diarrhea! So tired of Chipotle not giving a S... about this and it will be the last time I go there!

I got food poisoning from this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Chipotle corporate has been made aware of this issue. This location is dirty and the employees do NOT care.

This is consistently the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Our orders are inaccurate, not fresh and missing items literally 100% of the time. Tonight's dinner was supposed to be hard shell tacos. They gave us soft shell without a word of mention that we wouldn't get what we ordered. They were so stale that they did in fact crunch but that wasn't quite what we had in mind. We also did not love the brown guacamole, burned steak that was supposed to pass for chicken, old rice or laughable portion sizes. We have attempted to address quality and accuracy issues in the past - no one at this location cares to remedy these problems in the short OR long term. This is the last time for us at this location.

This chipotle is the worst. Came at 1pm, not busy at all. The barbacoa meat was 90% water and hadn’t been refreshed for hours. She had to fish around to get me only half of the meat normally given. Food was everywhere, filthy. The salsas were bare bones coagulating at the bottom of their pans. The service sucked and every single table was dirty. Not coming here again.

What a horrible experience! Our food came with burnt chicken , dried out beans and no lettuce. You cant reach anyone by phone or online as they don't give you an actual order number!

This chipotle sucks. Everytime I've gone here, the attitude of employees is palpable and borderline disrespectful. Today, all proteins looked old and just not appetizing. It's 1pm, you would think they would look better for post lunch rush. The queso I asked for in my bowl literally would not come out of the spoon because it was so cool. Unappetizing.

Super unimpressed with their willingness to accommodate dietary needs. I’m allergic to garlic and onion so I can’t have many items there. I asked for plain tomato and corn on the side and they said no. This would take them maybe a minute to accommodate someone with allergies and it’s too much of an inconvenience for them. Will not be returning to this location.Dietary restrictions: Not accommodating. Look elsewhere.
