The food was good, they got my online order correct and on time. It was probably ready sooner than promised. I think they get a bad rap because they are higher priced and at times their customer service is lacking, but for the most part, I'm rarely disappointed with their food product.

Just because you’re wearing gloves doesn’t mean you’re not cross contaminating. Gloves should only touch food and nothing else. Once a non-food item is touched gloves need to be disposed of.

I have eaten here many times and it was great but today we received our sandwiches and the bread was extremely hard. You couldn’t bite into it and it tasted stale. I called and discussed it with the person working and at first he was going to credit back my sandwiches. I gave him the information from the receipt taped to the bag and he said he couldn’t pull it up. He then said to bring in receipt and he will make a new sandwich. I said I wasn’t driving there with the receipt just because he can’t locate it. So we will never eat there again.

Frustrating when they have your phone number but can't call and ask if you would like white or wheat bread cuz they are out of rosemary cheese bread. The bread is sliced inconsistently. And they charge PIF for whatever that is?! The employees can't even tell you what it is. One day soon I'll get a decent order. Oh and don't ask to wrap your giant sandwich in 2 halves to share with friend or save for later.....they charge more for that! Ridiculous.

Fantastic sandwich(es) since we came twice in one day. Had the Club with the Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil and man, unbelievable, we came back for dinner. Who does that? First time the vibe was a bit off, but the second was all good! Thanks!!

This jersey mike location was easy to find right off the highway.I found ample parking out front.Pretty good menu selection here of hot or cold subs with a couple choices of bread types.The fountain drinks and chip choice was a little limited.Overal I found the inside dining experience Clean and welcoming.
Gave me a sandwich with nothing on it even though I payed for a jersey shore. Literally just ham and cheese. Staff was also rude. Sweet tea was not sweet either. Very mid service.

Hit or miss with this location. The all male staff some how always are super behind. When there are others in the mix the sandwich is perfect and out within 10 mins without question. Today was 45 mins for a sandwich. Also the online ordering system shows you a wide window of about 50 mins to get food. Sometimes it will be 50 mins, sometimes 10. But always quoted almost an hour. What’s the point of the estimated time? Fresh and hot means accurate time windows. Not 50 mins of variability.

Hi, stopped by to pick up a sandwich and the neon sign that said open was lit, the doors both were unlocked so I was like OK well they must be ready to serve, and when I walked in the person walked out of the back room and they were smoking, their vape pen and started messing around with the bacon and I stood there for a good minute minute and a half they didn't say a word to me so I said good morning and they said we don't open till 10 o'clock and I stated well it's 958 and the door was open And then I proceeded to go somewhere else. Won't be back.
