Second time I’ve got my food from here I’m pretty unsatisfied! Tuesday it took 2 an half hours for my order to be deliver and we at .3 miles from the jimmy john store. Today is Friday order for pick up since NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT over 2 hours, The guy that was packing items kept staring at me and looks unhappy made me feel a little uncomfortable. And also asked for extra cucumbers and got a total of four pieces, their stashing on the avocado as well and 2Slices of meat not worth 11 bucks I’m not sure if that’s the amount of meat they put each time just not worth my money

I didn’t give 5 stars for food because I wish they had hot stuff but it’s still pretty good. I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants in my life and I have never seen anyone make food as quickly and efficiently as the two guys working today. I love not taking too long on my lunch break waiting for food which happens everywhere else.Before I would never go to jimmy John’s if I had a choice but I will now seek them out because of my experience today. Give these guys raises before they leave for a much more lucrative job that they could do in their sleep!

Over and hour and a half late on delivery, their phone is disconnected so I can't call to check in. Then they delivered a sandwich with solely bacon and cheese on it. Pretty disappointed as there is no way to contact and ask for a new sandwich after leaving me hanging for over an hour and a half
You guys are just serving bread these days. No way these sandwiches arrive as they look in the promo photos. I gave it chance for the 3rd time and still, I get a flat sandwich with one piece of turkey and one piece of bacon. The bread halves were touching. Bwahaha!! Didn’t have a photo to share this time, but if I order again, it will probably be the same so I’ll get you one then.

Usually super freaky fast. Last time I went was a little off. Sandwich was still correct but it took over 10 minutes for a sandwich. It was empty inside with to go orders stacked up. Music is cool. Nothing crazy. A regular sandwich shop that's convenient.
