The price of their smallest pho went from $10.99 to $16.99 within the past month or so. No small steps in a price increase, just bam! There is no small bowl of pho that’s worth $17, especially when it comes from here.The servings have also gotten smaller. Five pieces of tofu in a medium bowl and the price is the same as getting red meat. That makes zero sense. Don’t even bother paying the $5 for extra meat. I paid $5 for extra meatball and it was literally one meatball for $5. Want extra veggies? That’s also $5. Like I said, it makes zero sense. The broth is also not as good as it was a year ago and seems watered down.

I want to start by expressing that my disappointment does not lie with the server who served us. She was exceptionally friendly and provided good service. However, our overall experience was marred by a mistake made by the cook. They initially got our order wrong, and when they attempted to rectify the situation, the replacement order had fewer noodles than originally requested.What made the situation even more disheartening was the manager's response when he brought out the order. Instead of offering an apology or acknowledging the mistake, he made a comment about charging us double for dine and dash, when it was the cooks fault for not completing the order correctly. While it may have been intended as a joke, there appeared to be a hint of seriousness behind it.Considering the fact that we spent over $100 at the restaurant, it is disappointing to not receive the level of service and attention to detail that one would expect. This particular experience has left a negative impression, and regrettably, we have decided that this will be our last visit to the restaurant. Additionally, we found that the establishment did not provide a family-friendly atmosphere, which further contributed to our decision.

I have been around the area for 20+ years and there are so many, but this is easily my favorite Phó diners in Centennial!Their Central (spicy) Phó is UH-mazing, and the service is on point, refilling waters with rather prompt food orders, and not having to awkwardly wait for a bill makes this such a convenient place for a quick warm-up, even if you are not pressed time or even cold for that matter! This is easily one of my comfort restaurants?Definitely enjoy the quaint vibes, and I will always be coming back to enjoy the food and fast, friendly service?

This guys talked to my 5 year old kid rude and disrespectful,and when my wife confronted them he showed the middle finger.Don’t go in there they need to have learn manners first .I have to hear this from my 5 year old .He’s lucky I wasn’t there .
