My child and I got food poisoning from pepperoni pizza or the brownie. Like the other reviews the pizza crust was horrible. Manager refunded and apologized, didn't give me a hard time at all, but sad that I won't feel comfortable ordering from this location again.

Literally should have got DiGiorno.The whole outer ring is just sauced overcooked crust. By pizza math that represents almost 2/3 of the total sq paid for. There are only toppings in the middle. And what happened to the crust Pizza Hut was famous for? It droopy and sad.

I get it's a snow day and places get busy, but when someone walks in to order a pizza and you tell them know they HAVE to order online(especially when you had a walk in already waiting), it becomes an inconvenience and bad customer service. Even if you are the only employee in the pizzhut, whether I order online or in store you'll still be the only one who makes the pizza. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL AND CANT UNDERSTAND WHY ONLINE SEENS FASTER THAN IN STORE!

Sonja had me on hold for over 12 minutes. That’s beyond annoying. I hung up and called back and lo and behold they were able to take my order right then and there!!!! Sorry but I’ll be calling Big Bills from now on…regardless of their wait. They have never left me on hold like you did. Peace.

This location is great! Been here a few times now for pick up, and they have always done a great job. Food is fresh, hot and tasty. Staff is nice too, and checked to make sure everything was correct and I had my extra dipping sauces before I left. Will be back!
Ordered a delivery last night $30. Unfortunately it was a bad pizza. I ordered thin crust and it was so overcooked & dry I couldn't eat it. I also ordered tea and they ran out so they delivered pepsi. I hate pepsi! I've never had a bad pizza from them. Must have been a bad day for them. Sure was a waste of my $30. And no dinner. Thin crust has always been good. Pizza and a pepsi. Yuk. Can't believe they couldn't see that and delivered it.

My order was on the road for 40 minutes, I live half a mile from the store. Rodney, the manager was completely unsympathetic. The food was cold and stale upon arrival.

I definitely don't get Pizza Hut when I'm looking for the best pizza ever. I get it when I need affordable pizza (usually larger amounts of it), in a timely fashion, either by pick up or delivery.This said, the E Arapahoe Road location in Centennial is by far the best I've used. Primarily because the staff there is really l, genuinely cordial. Are they overly nice, vivacious customer service personalities? No. They are always busy, always look mildly/severely short staffed, and yet they are always authentically polite and try to do right by their patrons. Their delivery is as prompt as possible, even in snowy Colorado weather, and their drivers are genuinely friendly (not that over the top friendly).
