To the reviewers here admonishing this establishment by claiming "real poutine" has "crispier fries" and "the cheese is melted all the way through", you are wrong. So, so wrong. Please get yourself a ticket to Montréal (round-trip, because they won't let you stay), take the Métro to La Banquise, any Lafleur outlet or heck even a Valentine, and bask in how wrong you are in your wrongness about what a "real poutine" is. The fries are *supposed* to be thick and fresh cut, thus not very crispy. The cheese is supposed to be softened and partly melted, without being molten — unless, as any poutine fan should know, you bury the curds under the fries and gravy the minute you’re served. You’ll find that an actual, accurate “real poutine” is, incidentally, exactly what the fine owners of this truck served you in the first place. For which they obtain this native Montréalais’ eternal gratitude for the dead-on comfort food. 5 stars aren’t enough.

Poutine is amazing! Think chili cheese fries except it has a brown gravy and white cheddar cheese curds. It’s a great combo, goes with any beer! Try the OG Poutine!

Fries were cooked to not become soggy after being in the gravy, which make it so much better. The gravy was great. It was quite flavorful compared to some I've had previously. Cheese curds melted nicely and had enough to make it on each bite. Serving container had good amount of food.

We heard about this truck from a friend. They were in our neighborhood this past Saturday, decided to give them a shot for lunch. AMAZING! This was our first experience with poutine and they knocked it out of the park.We will be back, thank you so much!

Super Friendly service and darn good Poutine. I had the one with the shaved steak. And BOY! Did it eat like meal. I will definitely be back.

Very good gravy very good taste all around the only thing I would suggest for true poutine is to make sure that the fries or more crispy. Usually poutine fries or double fried to make sure they don’t get soggy too fast and also I would suggest making sure that the cheese curds are in fact melted before serving. But overall loved it

Good poutine, friendly service, a bit pricey. Hard to find good poutine elsewhere.
Just look at my pictures. I think they speak for themselves. But WOW, SO GOOD. The atmosphere of this place is exactly where you want to be. Great energy, food and drinks! Thank you VDP! Pretty sure I’m getting seconds tomorrow

We’ve been trying to catch the truck but have been missing them every time. Finally got to try them today and would HIGHLY recommend! We got the Colorado poutine and it was absolutely delicious! We had our baby and were worried it would take too long but it was done in about 5 minutes! The staff was also super cool. We will definitely be back!

OMG. I wish there were enough words to describe the yumminess of the food at Poutine Me. We went TWICE today when the truck was parked at Max Taps. This was our first time having poutine and we love it so much, hence the two visits!! You have got to catch this truck out and about. You can find their schedule online.

Excellent food! Will visit again!

Let me start off with this: I acknowledge that I'm not a Canadian. So, my expertise in the poutine field is based on knowledge I've accumulated as a U.S. citizen — largely based in the Denver, Colorado greater metropolitan area for the vast majority of my life.Okay, now that this is out of the way, I'll say this: Poutine Me. is some of the best food I've ever put into my mouth. It's spectacular. It's transcendent. It's spectaculescent.Seriously. I've tried several different varieties, and they've all been outstanding. From a food truck, no less. Piping hot, thick fries with that perfect amount of outside crunch-to-inside buttery flakiness. The savory brown gravy with hints of spices that dance a tango on your palate. The cheese curds, with a delicate and perfect squeaky-to-creamy balance. It's all magical. And the other thing I love is the friendly fonts and the, black-on-yellow design. It says, "look over here for something great!" without a trace of pretentiousness or ego. It demands attention with whimsy — but in an organic way. Nothing inauthentic here. The entire package — food, presentation, packaging — is a home run.Poutine Me. is unheralded, humble perfection in food truck form.
Yummy, loved the food - great flavor.
