OMG, best BBQ evar! The smoked Mac n cheese was unbelievably good, the brisket was so tender and juicy, their pulled pork is ridiculously good! A definite staple in our BBQ choices!

This is a mixed review. If I could give service and attitude a review on its own it'd be a 5. Great staff and fun little place.The food on the other hand is a mix bag. The ribs were tasty, but didn't stand out. The brisket and turkey were dried out and flavorless. The sauces were all well done and represented their respective region or spice level, but sauce can't rescue a meal. Sides were good.Overall, it was kind of a "mid" experience. I hate giving a 3, but it feels honest and maybe we hit Rolling Smoke on an off night given the aggregate score. I encourage others to try em out regardless as they're a local business. They seemed to have plenty of rotating specials that might spice things up.

Food has been great. We've been here 3 times now and have nothing but good things to say. Staff very friendly when taking our order and bringing our food. Probably my favorite barbeque place right now. Only good one we've found near littleton. Definitely recommend to all. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing and friendly service. Called ahead and told them I was coming with a group of 14, of which 8 were young teenage boys. They were very accommodating. We ordered 3 of the big sampler plates and that was plenty of food for our group. They were out of Ribs and Brisket which was super sad and the reason why I'm giving only 4 stars on the food. The pulled pork was very good, the burnt ends were fantastic, and the sausage was incredible. The turkey was fine but not remarkable. I'll have to come back to try the Ribs and Brisket another time. The smokers are in the parking lot which I always appreciate that level of transparency and knowing the food doesn't have to go far to get to my plate.

Great tasting food!! I feel like I can never get enough.
Get the pulled pork and burnt ends . I could live off of that stuff with their spicy BBQ sauce. The Mac and cheese was also really good. Brisket was a bit dry, but loads better than I can do myself. Other side are adequate but forgettable.
