Simply Pizza is simply the best! Not only is the food top notch but the service and the experience provided along with it really just tops it off! We hired them to cater our wedding and we could not be happier. Our guests are still raving about the pizza and many people mentioned how awesome they were inside the truck. We will be recommending Simply Pizza to everyone! If you are hosting an event reach out to them, and if the truck is in your area RUN to try it! All of the pizza is delicious but the Hatch Green Chile and the BBQ are our personal favorites.

I wish I could give zero stars! If you plan on hiring Simply Pizza for your event, I would 1) reconsider or 2) have a back up plan. We entered into a contract and submitted a deposit in July for our large (100+) event at the end of September. With three weeks leading up to our party, Melinda (owner) canceled our contract with no explanation. She offered to help me search for an alternative food truck, but I never heard back from her on this either. Very unprofessional! I had to reach out to 40+ food trucks/caterers myself with only one that could fulfill the task with less than three weeks before the event. I HIGHLY suggest you reconsider booking Simply Pizza Truck & Catering for your event unless you have a reliable back-up solution.

Absolutely insane how good this pizza is. We grabbed one to have after walking through an exhibit and upon our first bites, immediately went back up to order more while we ate the first. How are expected to go back to national chain delivery pizza after sampling this menu? Truly cannot recommend it enough. Superb 10/10.
We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza.
It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.

I can’t speak highly enough of this team and their amazing product! We were introduced to them in June 2021 and instantly fell in love with their pizza, their team, and their professionalism! We knew within seconds we wanted them to be a part of our wedding, and we just had to figure out how.We ended up hiring them for our wedding dinner rehearsal, which we hosted at our house. Our backyard, family oriented, fun dinner rehearsal was everything we imaged and more! Simply Pizza came early to set up and I didn’t have to lift a finger! They backed into our driveway, started up their ovens, and served our guests slice after slice until everyone was vocally saying “I want another slice, but my stomach won’t let me!”. It was perfect!On top of their amazing pizza, we also decided to hire them as our bartender to ensure no one was over pouring themselves or spilling red wine on our white carpet, and it was the perfect addition to the night! Their bartending staff was welcoming, helpful, and I again didn’t have to do a thing! They took care of everything!I truly can’t imagine a better, more professional, friendly, loving team to work with for any large event, not to mention their pizza is phenomenal! We continue to rave about how hiring Simply Pizza Truck was the best decision we made in regards to our big day (minus marrying each other!)!P.S. - My husband is already begging me to hire Simply Pizza again for our 1 year anniversary!

Can’t say enough about Simply Pizza! Melinda and team came through for our grad party and rocked it! Not only did our guests rave about the pizza and customer service, but the customized digital signage menu with our grad’s picture was a great touch and the look of the truck itself with the huge windows into the kitchen makes the experience even more special. I definitely recommend Simply Pizza for any event.

Went to see the Jurassic World exhibit and after a long drive from Boulder my hunger was through the roof. When I arrived I had some extra time and was pleasantly surprised to find a food truck. I walked up and immediately noticed the wood fire oven and a menu of delicious sounding pizza. I was greeted warmly by a wonderful guy who made some great suggestions on pizza. Not only could you chose your own toppings but the menu was stacked with delicious sounding pizza. I started to examine the menu and the great guy in the truck told me some of the most delicious and fan favorites. I rolled with one of his suggestions. To my surprise he started working the dough and told me it would be about 7 minutes. Now most would not wait for this. I know as a pizza expert. Well kind of. But I was told the dough, ingredients, literally everything was made from scratch. As a former manger of a small yet great bakery that said QUALITY. Let me tell you, I worked a lot of dough and it is not easy at this altitude. So after the nice guy started making my pizza, he not only directed l me to the bar inside he told me he would bring me the pizza and no need to wait. And so my taste bud adventure begins. With beer in hand the pizza is delivered to me inside hot and looking nothing but delicious. I had jalapeño, pepperoni. Basically the works! At first glance I was beyond over the moon. I jumped right in. First thing I noticed was the Mozzarella cheese. Picking up a slice pizza the mozzarella extended about a foot. Quality! The mesh of the cheeses, homemade sauce and amazingly fresh toppings was jaw dropping. When he brought me the pizza he told me he worked to make it extremely delicious and beauty for me because of our talk. But don’t worry they will do the same for you. How can you go wrong? Fresh ingredients, homemade dough, and a wood fire oven. I wish I could have one right now. Probably two. If you find this food truck don’t even question grabbing a personal pie. Wonderful people and over the top pizza. I may have to go back to Jurassic World just for the pizza. An hour drive for me. Worth it all the way! The only flaw was that I didn’t take a picture!

Amazing concept but even better family behind this brand. They stepped up and knocked it out of the park for me with a special request of attacking a “vegan“ pizza when they didn’t even have it on the menu! Without a doubt, they made this happen flawlessly and perfectly!!I solidly could not recommend them more and thank them immensely for the personal help for my dietary needs.
