Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app and used a buy one get one free coupon. After clicking on the coupon the app gave me a list of participating locations I could order at. I order AND pay for the food an hour in advance since I was picking it up during my lunch break. I get in and the owner said he can’t and won’t make the sandwiches unless I pay full price. I show them I already paid, and they still refuse saying they are voiding the order I already paid for and will not make any exceptions. I tell them I’m in a hurry and that I only came here because of the coupon and they tell me too bad. So I wasted my lunch and have to tell my roommate that I don’t have dinner for her. On top of that the owner tries explaining his net and gross profit to me. Wasted my whole lunch for nothing

I’ve avoided going to this Subway for the past couple of years after the horrible experience I had when placing an online order for pickup. The owner was rude and couldn’t care less. Make sure to call customer support and get a refund if they deny your online order.

Worst Subway ever. How about uou actually fill the sub with meat and vegetables. This was not the employee fault. Manager or owner csme out Nd literally removed the toppings off. Think corporate needs to come look at this franchise, they are not meeting standards.

I came here very recently, They just renovated, and It looks and feels amazing. It's like every other subway you know just looks newer. I get the Bacon Egg and Cheese on Italian, and it tastes amazing in the morning and evening. The worker is very kind and gives free cups to high school students.

This store is really bad! I actually thought they were shutting down. There is never anything stocked. They are out of multiple items every time we go there. And the last time we were there, the food looked like it was a couple weeks old, the lettus was brown, the veggies were slimy. Very disappointing, this store has really gone down hill in quality over the past months. I will say the staff has always been great!
