If your are celiac or just Gluten free, this is your go to bakery. They have sweets but also to you can pre-order holiday meals. they have great Quiche and breakfast burritos that re-heat well. Also their selection of Italian Gluten free pasta is really great and has been a staple of our celiac family for several years.

Unfortunately their gluten free baked goods aren’t that good. I’ve tried the croissants, pies, fruit tart’s & cookies and disappointed in all! I’m sad to say because it’s a great resource but could try for flakier textures.

Overpriced, order was not as requested when picking up and still charged me $107 for 30 cupcakes. That 20% more than their larger competitors and I can eat fine dining for $100. Highly disappointed!

This place is great if you have food allergies or intolerances, or choose to eat a certain diet (like vegan). My son must eat gluten-free and he gets discouraged by the lack of options at other bakeries. He thought it was pretty great that he could choose anything at this bakery! The reason I gave it four stars is because it is pretty pricey. Some of the items seem to have reasonable prices and others seem ridiculously overpriced. In addition, not all the prices are advertised so I had a hard time deciding what to get. In my opinion, the savory foods are limited in selection, overpriced, and underwhelming so don't plan to eat lunch there.I do recommend the sweet treats like the donuts, cupcakes, and mini-cakes as they seem to be reasonably priced and delicious!Vegetarian options: Sweet treats everywhere tend to be vegetarian and here is no exception. Some of the sweet treats are even vegan. There are vegetarian and vegan options in the savory foods.Dietary restrictions: They have food options for many types of dietary restrictions.Parking: Easy parking, many spaces, very close.Kid-friendliness: They have a coloring contest for kids. They sell foods kids like to eat.

Stopped by this little local neighborhood Mom and Pop (privately owned) gluten-free bakery after Church for our little girl (whose tummy doesn't like gluten).I worked at/in health food stores for over 16 years, and we shop at Natural Grocers regularly. I have to tell you, gluten free baked goods are NOT always tasty, but THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC.From the cheery smiles behind the counter, to the delectable bakery choices (donuts, cupcakes, tarts, cakes, pies, and more... ) my whole family was pleasantly surprised by our whole experience here.THE CUPCAKES WERE AMAZING. Now I must try them all! My daughters loved their treats, and the rest of my family heartily approved of their desserts, and now none of us will have gluten-induced tummy-aches or brain fog!We will be returning regularly (probably after Church or Sunday lunch), to gratefully sample the rich and creamy gastronomic confections here at Wave the Grain and satisfy our sweet tooths!!THANK YOU to the Wave the Grain staff for making your mindful talents available to us all!! If everyone shared their giftedness in such a functional manner, the world would indubitably be a MUCH better place.Thank for following your passions!-----------------------"Work is love made visible. And all work is empty save when there is love. And when you work with love you bind yourself to yourself, and to one another, and to God.And what is it to work with love? It’s hard to find keto friendly options in bakeries around the ranch, which makes Wave the Grain worth checking out if you’re at all health-conscious when it comes to dessert. The staff at this location is friendly and accommodating, and if you happen to be a dog owner they have a shelf of treats creatively designed for the canine crowd as well. From custom cakes for special events to duck eggs sourced locally, this shop has it all. They even offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Can’t recommend them enough!

I am dairy free and struggled to find a bakery that could meet our needs for a wedding cake, until I found Wave The Grain. We ended up with a dairy and gluten free cake so that all of our guests with dietary restrictions could enjoy it. The ordering process was seamless, and they even delivered our cake out to Breckenridge. Thanks for everything, it was delicious!
