Order delivery at 11:35AM. I had no update on the order at 12:45PM, so I called the store. They first put me on hold for over 5 minutes; I hung up and called back and was told that they were busy. The worker said it would be a lot longer until I received my order. I told them I wanted to cancel as an hour wait was long enough and he rudely told me there was “like 30 deliveries and one driver” and immediately hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service from the man on the phone.

I moved here in 2021... From my 1st delivery order then till today, I've Always received my order in a super timely manner, always fresh & on point. Driver's are friendly & courteous.
Placed order to be delivered but picked up instead because they were so busy.. was told we would get a refund plus a reward on my profile and have yet to see refund and reward for having to go pickup.. great place just what was said has not been done and it’s been 3

Placed my delivery order at 11:52 and wasn't delivered until 12:34. Almost 45 minutes for 2 plain slims and another sandwich. That's not freaky fast. Called after 20 minutes to see why it wasn't out for delivery yet. They said everyone was there making last minute catering orders.
