Pizza was picked up and the box felt cool to touch. When the box was opened at home the pizza was cold, green peppers and onion thrown on top were not cooked. I called to complain and asked for a replacement to be delivered. They would not deliver and I returned and showed the manager what we received. The manager said that they forgot to put the onions and green peppers on so they put some on and put it in the oven again. The replacement wasn't much better. The manager told me to take the original pizza with me and throw it away. This I declined to do. Clifton Pizza Hut, staff and management will not see my business again!!!:( I will go to Smokin Oak for all my local pizza. NO RECOMMENDATIONS!!! I wish I could post a photo

Ok ...,everything was great tasted great and they always get lost even though it's less than 3 blocks....but here's the thing...have you seen the prices!!!! I ordered 2 SMALL PIZZAS WITH 3 TOPPINGS. & GET THIS $ 32.47. now that's ridiculous!! These are hard times!! Everyone who sees this must tell them we need more coupons and that...hey cut everyone a freaking break !!
The manager Amanda can barely manage a conversation let alone a store. SMH I feel bad for the customer experience and even worse for employees that would work for such a Well I hate to say it but a Karen. The food was terrible and she made the experience much worse!

Don't buy the chicken bacon parmesan melt. The bacon was so fatty we couldn't even eat it! They wouldn't refund or make something else because we ordered thru doordash! Horrible way to do business! North Ave Pizza Hut has much better customer service.

I downloaded the app so I could do touchless. It took longer to bring the pizza out than it did for the entire order to be prepared and cooked! And the pizza sauce was entirely to salty!? that was the worst $66 bucks I ever spent!!
