We used to love this restaurant. It was our go to for good food at fair prices. Service was slow but we enjoyed enjoyed our visits. And then things changed. Prices started rising and portions started shrinking. We noticed increasing prices with every visit. On out last visit, in addition to higher prices, the service declined. My husband asked for a water and the response was "I'm going to be busy over there," motioning across the restaurant. "Ask another waitress." Yikes. I've never heard that from a server before. He then asked our waitress for a water. She started actively avoiding our table, turning away to not pass by our table. Our coffees waited for refills and the water was not brought to our table. After 10 mins of empty coffee cups, we left.We could overlook the rising prices, although they are beginning to get extreme, $17.50 for Chicken Fried Steak - up $5 in a year. We can't overlook poor service and being ignored.

Food was tasty, the wait staff are all delightful. The prices were a bit steep, but that's true everywhere these days. We got pancakes, a club sandwich, and I enjoyed the Monterey chicken sandwich with onion rings. My wife got the country fried steak and enjoyed it.

Breakfast has got to be my favorite food and Randy's is the best place for my craving for eggs. I order my eggs over medium and besides my brother they are the only place that has consistently cooks them properly .Most recent visit: March 2024Randy's picks the best employees for the industry. Our meal was amazing and our service spectacular! Thank you!

Fantasic food. All kinds of choices. It's a small diner but still can serve quite a people. Food comes out quickly and hot.The servers. Hum what can I say about the servers. THEY ARE THE BEST! Friendly every time we go in. Great service and just all around lovely peopleParking: Parking lot right in front of the building. There's always a spot to park.Kid-friendliness: Kids food. Kids coloring stuff. And it's OK to have them being them. Mom and dad are always there to rein them inWheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk has two ramps on each side . Inside there are free standing tables for folks that require it or just need a bit of space

I've ordered take-out from this location 3 times and all 3 times they totally ruined my food. I explained to them I wanted all dressing on the side on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times ended up with soggy food. Terrible

Salt of the earth, good people (customers & staff), clean and plenty of good food. If you want fake people and food go someplace else.

Randy's is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Grand Junction. It's a great place to have breakfast and lunch and I've tried many of their breakfast and lunch options and they have all been incredibly tasty. Come for the food and enjoy an energetic and friendly staff.

Service was wonderful, food was ok. Nothing wrong with it, just lacking in flavor. My husband's breakfast burrito tasted mostly of the tortilla. My sour dough toast was very tasty but also covered with margarine, not sure why they butter your toast for you. The corned beef hash was ok, it was supposed to come with bell peppers and I got maybe a tablespoon of very tiny chopped pepper. My son loved his pancakes, his sausage patties were the most flavorful thing we ordered and they were precooked frozen patties.

I haven't been in such a long time, so I went to brunch with a friend. The atmosphere has changed throughout the years. I liked the old location better. The service was super friendly and attentive. The food is still good and in my opinion you get a lot for what you pay. I ordered the country fried skillet with a side of pancakes. My country fried steak was smothered in gravey and my pancakes were perfect! My friend ordered the eggs Benedict. She said the sauce tasted a little different, but none the less her food was delicious.
