Me and my mom went thru the drive thru and we ordered: 3 cherry slushes, a footlong coney hotdog, a garlic butter bacon sandwich ,and two pretzels sticks. It took 15 mins to get from ordering to the window and when we got there the girl was rude and after we left we find out our slushes were half melted and the hotdog wasn't cooked all the way thru it was barely warmEdit: also out of the employees we did see one was wearing super short shorts and the other was wearing sweatpants

This franchise of sonic needs closed down. Who cares if health inspection passes this place to be open! 3.8 rating for a great food place usually. But this spot is the worst in my opinion. There was maybe 6 screens working the rest black and 15 cars in drive thru. Crappy service all the time. There was 3 screens that had “in kitchen” so that tells me those ppl were left hanging without refund prolly. Close it down!!

Sat in the drive through for over twenty minutes before getting to the window and there was only one car ahead of us in line, then when we got to the window I noticed they were deleting the orders prior to even getting the money to keep their times down on orders. Terrible service and no apology even offered for the long wait time. Absolutely would not recommend, I would drive to the other side of town to avoid going to this sonic again. Four employees inside and the entire time I could see in the window they were just standing around.

What is up with all of a sudden asking me to tip how do I absolutely know that the person that I'm tipping is actually going to get it first of all second of all your food's not all that great to be tipping
Ordered at 1:15pm and left with out our order at 2pm. This location has the worst service. Our order was 2 drinks and hamburger and corn dog, 45 minutes for nothing. Hopefully they refund our money.

Horrible wait times, even when it's not busy. Several of the parking stall screens don't work. Staff "eh", not bad but not good either. There is always something when it comes to this location. Today it was ordering a blast that wasn't mixed. Just vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of toppings and no straw which I thought was odd.
