As a former coffee barista, quality & consistency are always the most important when it comes to beverage making. If you may recall, back in the early 2000s, one of the most famous coffee companies closed all of its stores for one evening Across the Nation so that they can retrain the Baristas. They were able to teach them that the consistency has to be the same, every time every store. Aeration and foam are so important to how a latte is made, I just haven't had the best luck...read full review
The girls were super helpful and sweet. They explained a drink to me without making me feel like an idiot that never drinks coffee like- *cough-cough" - other places I've frequented. I'll be sticking to the Bean from now on. ?
