The clerk this morning was very unprofessional and straight up racist accused of of stealing a donut with a police officer right in the store I'll never shop in your store ever!!!!!!!!

How are you a 24hr gas station but the past 4 nights 8/23 - 8/27 you've been closed before 12 pm? Kind of a disappointment for the people who work late near that area and there are no other gas stations close by.

I live directly across the street from this store,the store is just a couple years old and I have had some good and polite people ring me up in the past. I have noticed a big turn over in help in the past six or so months ..there is a fairley new guy working there that is just down rite RUDE .! . I understand that they need to check I.D for some items in the store, but when your 62 years old and the same guy Maurice has asked me for my I.D my last four times he rang me , I asked him why ..? He became really rude and said... and I quote" you don't care if I loose my job" I told him I understand the need to check I.D but that I am a regular customer and the has rang me up several times ..he started talking to the other guy that worked there about it and took out his personal phone so I had to stand there and wait and why he continued being rude to me.. I spend $75.00 inside the store every week and often purchase gas also.There is just no excuse for such rudeness or to be humiliated in front of other customers or other workers..!!
Just went into this store TONIGHT!! Sam the clerk behind the counter made a $20 mistake (HIS MISTAKE) I Let him know he told me to take the money and get out of his store!!! Very Rude!!! I have been coming to this 7-11 for over 4 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life!! This guy Sam needs to take a step back and KNOW!! You do not ever treat your costumers like this EVER!!!! I was appalled and I will make sure Sam never ever treats anyone like this ever again!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Punks don’t need a job if they they don’t know how to address their customers professional and NICE!!!! I will make sure Scott knows how unprofessional this dude was!!!!

All the staff is cool except the guy working today (bald, tall, heavyset fella). He wanted to “upsell” me on a bag of skittles, and I jokingly said “are they free?” He then proceeds to condescend me and kick me out of the store when I asked “why not ‘upsell’ me on a case of beer and give it to me half off?” All I was doing was making conversation and this guy took it as an opportunity to talk down to me. Hopefully he was just having a bad day, but I probably won’t be back after this disappointing encounter.
