Went to WF to pick up prepared food for lunch. Burritos were far more expensive than the very same ones at the nearby Natural Grocers! Further, a number of food items were not even available (vegetarian egg rolls, etc.). Looked around the store, found that a number of shelves were empty or nearly so. I'll not waste my time there again.

I’m over covid. So tough to purchase hot food. Miss the buffet style business. Hate wearing a mask. Ugh. But clean store. Well run. Did get something to eat. Crowded. Long check out lines

My how times have changed. Returns never used to be such a big freaking deal. I've been I hope it's customer since the 80s. It was much more flexible and accommodating even five years ago. Now? Not only do you have a barcode that shows the product was a Whole Foods product, its a robotic repeating of policy instead of customer service. I was even going to buy additional products. Because I didn't have a receipt but I had the product and explained all that I got not only a decline but a lecture about another return. Any other time if I got sour cherries from produce, or substandard quality items, I never even had to ask for a store manager. Now? Have to ask for a store manager, with the front desk clerk asking me three or four questions about my receipt, the item, the date, and then when I remembered it was a cash refund call the manager again who seem to be retaliatory in his tone when he said that he would not offer a refund or an exchange, even though I was paying more for the item I was getting. This is what it means when people say they've gone corporate. The corporate number was useless but then again it's a Sunday evening, and all he could do is repeat policy like a robot, and then say stupid stuff like well I don't work at the store. So no more purchases because it seemed from their attitude that I'm running them out of business, which is beyond insulting after all the money I've spent over the years at Whole Foods in Dallas, Plano, Austin Texas, and both Whole Foods in Colorado Springs when they had two. That's cool King Soopers has better produce, is not out of fajita meat in the meat department 75% of the nd Sprouts has cheaper produce and Sprouts has cheaper produce.

The butcher and fish counter guys are so nice. Cashiers too! The first day I came here i thought they were giving away free stuff or something because there were too many customers and the store was crowded by post-Covid standards, but it was also the day before the Fourth of July so that was my bad. WF is my fave store so I've been here almost every day since then. Produce is fresh, fish varieties are plentiful, great selection of whole bean Fair Trade coffees, the lines move quickly, and the staff are helpful.

What a joke this meat department is. I get there at 9 a.m. and they are already out of a sale item, skirt steak. They probably did not have any at opening! The cutter said it would he 2 hours before he had anymore out. Hardly a friendly bunch either. 5 people just looked at me and didn't say a word. I don't need to shop here. I suggest not shopping here to anyone else who happens to read this review.

The PC culture makes this place cringe. You can't even get in there before 8 am unless you are a senior citizen. That's discriminatory. Bezos has taken the PC culture way too far, especially how they've handled COVID-19. If the government doesn't curb your civil liberties, expect the corporations to.

It's a one stop shop! Get GMO free, organic foods and the Coronavirus in one stop. No masks or social distancing required. Inhale deeply, smell the freshness!

Oh my oh my! I dearly love Whole Foods!! I do. The prices have gotten better. The stores lay out is so appealing. But!!! Why, for the love of all that is holy, can't they have a store down south?! My money is just as good. Haha! None the less, this store has nothing to do with that! I adore this store when I get to come. The employees are so friendly. The stores so clean. I could spend hours in here. Is that weird? Probably! Can't wait until I'm on the north end again.

Way too many holes in all of their breads. Breads are tasty but I don’t like paying for air. Bakery department needs to knead the dough longer.

I am extremely disappointed with the hot bar at this Whole Foods especially with the vegan options. There were very little options and everything looked old and crusty. I have always thought of Whole Foods as a safe place for me and my children to grab healthy food while we are out and now I have lost that faith.

Just like the other reviews, I have noticed a decline in various departments since Amazon took over. I have been going to this store since it opened. I go once a week to get fish and bakery products and occasionally meat. I am writing this review based on my recent experience with the meat department. I have gotten their fresh rolled stuffed chicken breast and chicken cordon bleu over the years. It used to be prepared in the store and was always pleased with the products. Now apparently these items are prepared elsewhere and the results are terrible. I purchased the Chicken Cordon Bleu last Friday. The label still lists the ingredients as Prosciutto as one of the ingredients. When I cooked it and sliced it open, I was shocked to find ground luncheon meat aka "Spam" instead of Prosciutto. When I brought the label back to the meat dept to explain the problem, the employee just said we get them in that way and if I didn't like it I could go to the courtesy desk for a refund. In the past when I had a problem the meat dept employees would make sure to provide me with a free product and an explanation. I guess like everything else, nothing stays the same.

This place has gone significantly downhill in the past year. The hot bar is half empty with dry, leftover food that has been sitting out all day, and limited selection. Bakery goods are often stale, also from sitting out for days and staff is scarce. Many of their shelves are empty and not restocked often. When I recently went to check out, the man in front of me had his large pet dog with him. The checkout employee proceeded to pet the dog and rub her hands all over its face, then scan my bagless fruit and vegetable groceries. She did not use hand sanitizer or wash her hands before touching the food I was buying. Please train your staff.

I have not been in this store in over 5 years. We were looking for some specific dietary items that we could not find at the chain stores and a couple of the other natural stores. WF had the items we needed in stock. even with Prime discounts, they are still a pricey store, but for those 'gotta-have' items no one else carries, they came through.

It's your typical Whole Foods. The pizza by the slice bar was good, not too meaty and plenty of veggies. Hot food selection is excellent. Some items looked dried out.amd were not refreshed in time. Fish and chicken tikki were good. Desserts were plenty with tiramisu, chantilly, cookies, pastries, etc.

It was okay... This is the second time we've been to this Whole Foods. I've been to a number of Whole Foods around the country. This location is smallish by comparison. The good ------------ Great produce selection Great seafood selection Great deli selections Could be better ------------------- I'd prefer a larger store with even more selection Part of the store was under construction
