Favorite date night spot in Colorado Springs! My husband and I have loved coming here regularly because of the great service and dynamic, frequently updated menu. Austin has been a favorite server of ours, he always takes great care of us, goes above and beyond, and knows how to accommodate my gluten allergy. Pariza, one of the owners, is also fantastic and they take feedback and hospitality very seriously! The food is top notch, all-around an elevated but not pretentious dining experience in the springs. We’ll be here for date nights for life! P.S. the Mediterranean mezze and spicy seafood paella are some of our faves.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options, and if you call ahead they do have a dedicated gf fryer.

Based on a recommendation from the local paper, we booked a reservation to eat here as we visited family from out of town.I wish there were six stars. First, Cassandra took care of us and was exceptional. Also, did I mention she was exceptional? Great recommendations, great explanations - Cassandra was exceptional.And the food was very, very good. Cocktails good. Ambiance good. Etc…I’m running out of adjectives but let’s just settle for - you should go and eat here. Well done. Great experience.
Had a wonderful lunch. Started with $6 margaritas which were fantastic (birthday lunch). Tried the crispy tuna appetizer which was awesome. Wonderful flavors. I ordered the birria tacos which came with guac, salsa, lots of meat. Great! Hubby had chicken tikka masala. Was surprised the chicken wasn't tender but the flavors were great. Naan was perfect. Ended with the flan. Not your normal flan. It was good but what made it wonderful was the homemade carmel sauce. Presentation was beautiful and our server Collin was fantastic! It was a bit pricey for us but we will be back. Loved it!

The food is wonderful with attention to various flavors. The fact is the menu changes completely every 7 to 8 weeks, yet they can maintain a high level of quality. The servers are well versed on the menu and can easily explain each dish in complete detail. Very impressive indeed.

This was one of the fanciest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everything from the silverware being brought out on velvet trays, to having pallet cleansers to prepare you for the next course. Hands down would recommend.Parking: Tons of parking in surrounding areas

I have been coming to Ambli for about 3 years now. It had been awhile in between the last time and now. Everything is absolutely phenomenal as always. They deserve to be in the Michelin guide for how delicious the food tastes! If you go absolutely order a round of lobster shooters for everyone. Only problem is you will want another once you have it ??♂️

Wow. Just wow. I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and so we went for my birthday. The menu constantly changes but if I'm not mistaken I think some things do stick around but I'm not sure so don't take my word for it. The lobster dumplings were probably the star dish for me. It's more like a wanton in some kind of coconut curry. The curry was a bit on the sweet side for me but overall it was an amazing bite, flavor explosion in your mouth. I really liked the trio of vegetables we got too. One of it was tempura cauliflower with some kind of sauce, fried potatoes (can't go wrong) and brussel sprouts. They all had a distinct taste and texture so it's not boring and it was all good. For an entree our seafood paella was plenty for two of us. It was very delicious and the flavors all go together really well. Seafood tasted fresh. Since it was my special day they had me pick a dessert out and I can't remember what I got but it was kinda like a mocha or cookies and cream thing. Sorry it's been awhile. But that was really good! The service was also professional and personal. They explain everything really well given the uniqueness of the restaurant and we got some good advice on how much to order etc. If the food wasn't so pricey I'd go back more but definitely saving it for the special occasions.

I came here last night and the owner or manager, a female, asked me if I was doing okay because she could sense I was a bit emotional. Such a small gesture, but very much appreciated. The food and drinks are always great, but the staff makes this place even better.
