Love the crew they are always amazing and professional, New favorite menu item being the burgers only complaint the bbq burger seemed to have a bit to much bbq sauce and the patty didn’t seem to be seasoned or not that much and was relying on the bbq sauce to cover that up but other then that it’s an amazing establishment with amazing staff

Girl at the counter was a little confused, only cause one paid for drinks then the other paid for food separately, but she made sure everything wasad fresh not sitting under a heat light. Service was fast and they brought the food to the table for us. Didn't wait long at all but they weren't really busy either. The only complaint I have is that they forgot to ask if we wanted sauce. And their soda machine is outdated. Over all clean friendly and fast. At least for dining in.

Recently, the crew has been changed. To save their face, I won't describe the new manager as of Feb. 2024, they are not okay. Uncharacteristically rude and obnoxious. Had wanted to modify order and they blew up on me. I won't go here again from 1pm-close the person is usually there, and their attitude rubs off on the other employees.

Took a few minutes to even be acknowledged even though they were dead slow at the time. Asked for Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce with my order and they didn't have it when they brought it out and then when I said something I got an attitude from the girl who had brought out our stuff... Which wasn't even completely there either and I had to point that out as well... Usually get exceptional service at this location but the last 2 trips have been disappointing to say the least.

I love Arby's. You either like it or you don't. But this is a nice Arby's.
We love the Westside Arby's because they "have the meat". The drive thru is quick, awesome, and always fresh!
