Food is great, I usually get fish and chips and it's really good. I think their proces are really good as well. Service is good no issues there. Atmosphere it's a bar and grill so it's the normal bar type.

Visited for the first time and ordered the fish and chips and some buffalo wings. I was also excited to have some salt potatoes, but they were a bit undercooked and dry. Everything else was very good. The fried fish is the best I've had in the Springs so far. The tartar sauce was heavy on the relish, but I enjoyed it. The coleslaw was quite good. The buffalo wings were very good and the blue cheese dressing was very good, without any sweetness. It was a little runny, but not a big deal.We received prompt, attentive service from Taylor C. For lunch on a Friday, the background music was a bit louder than I would prefer, but not intolerable. Looking forward to our next visit!

However, I did come in on New Years Eve with some friends and someone had spiked my drink before it was brought over to my table. It was a very scary experience and I don’t plan on being back anytime soon.
I wanted to share a recent experience I had at Back East, and I must say it was quite disappointing. As regulars of this place, it pains me to have to write this review, but I believe honesty is crucial.On a Monday night around 7:15 pm, my partner and I decided to dine at Back East. To our surprise, the restaurant wasn't busy at all, with just a handful of people present. We thought it would be a perfect evening. However, our excitement quickly turned into frustration.Firstly, it took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The delay was inexplicable, considering the lack of customers. Eventually, we decided to ask for our order to be packed to go instead.We had ordered calamari and the Mexican burger. To our dismay, not only did it take an additional eternity to get home, but the calamari was completely raw. It was inedible and a major health concern. As for the burger, it wasn't even the right one we had ordered. It was a disappointing mix-up.At this point, we were faced with a dilemma. Going back to the restaurant to get our order fixed seemed like a hassle, considering we were already settled in at home. Reluctantly, we made the decision to bear the disappointment and have a less-than-satisfying meal.It's disheartening when a place you love disappoints you with such basic issues. We hope that Back East takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and attention to detail.

visited this bar today everything was fine until the bartender Zach poured my drink in the trash for no reason. he was extremely unfriendly. I highly recommend this bar to visit, you never know what they will do in the next moment.
