Food was okay. Service was ridiculous. Rude woman first and foremost. 3 tables with customers, a 2 top, a 1top and ours a 4 top. 3 people had finished while the 4th was still waiting for their food. It wasn’t a difficult order, tempura vegetables, steamed rice. When asked she replied , “ Oh yea. Be right out.” That was not the case. She forgot to even put that order in to the kitchen. Told her to just box it up. Discount? Nope. Apology? Nope. First and VERY last time. BTW Yaki Udon isn’t supposed to be sugar sweet. And while I’m at it, clean your soft drink lines out. The Mountain Dew tasted like mold. The prices are ridiculous for the area, the quality and the service. PASS IN THIS ONE FOR CERTAIN!!

Had an unfortunate experience with the short Filipino waitress yesterday (April 29. 2024). I went with my family for dinner. We placed our orders. A few minutes later she comes back saying my order was not available. So I changed it to another one, no big deal. The food arrives a few minutes later, minus mine. The waitress has totally forgotten about the reorder and has the audacity to ask me why I hadn’t ordered. My wife and I go on to explain and try to refresh her memory of which she seems to have none! She finally brings my order and does not even apologize. Her demeanor was very condescending. On top of this, my wife, who is Korean, ordered “katsu” which she said was over fried and very dry (in other words, not delicious). The kids had sushi which they said they liked. Overall, the demeanor of the serving waitress totally ruined what might have been a nice dinner.

Chicken Yakisoba was so dry. The noodles were not freshly made. They looked like they were days old. The chicken katsu was burned and as dry as jerky. They put so much mayo in crab topping didn't taste like crab. The Panda and avacado roll was good.

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken hot plate. Excess cabbage on the plate caused the dish to fill with fluid washing out any flavor of the Teriyaki. Displeased with the soup pooling under my chicken and vegetables. Salad wasn’t that good either. Most disappointing and left a disgusting thought was pieces of what looks like Blue Latex Gloves on the underside of the chicken. Nobody wants to digest gloves with their meal. If I could give this restaurant a negative I would. It would match the food server as well. My niece ordered Chicken with Curry. The waitress snapped at her and said pick something else we don’t have that. Clearly no etiquette in serving. Before you drop the menu and walk away, you should tell the customer if your establishment cannot provide a menu item. No positive reviews for this hot mess. Atmosphere was okay. The side of the tables were cracked and lacquered peeling, causing it to snag on my sweater. Health hazard chopped gloves in your food & defective tables snagging on your clothes.

Ugh, butter yaki tasted just like frozen chicken nuggets, frozen veg mix with oil poured on top. Horrible. Also burned on bottom. Won't try this place again. Service was as expected, nice waitress.

I have been here a few times and it’s always been good from the food to the service. Last night was the total opposite. Service was horrible we weren’t offered the soup and salad we had to bring that up in order to get it, appetizer took way too long to come out. We were here for well over an hour and half and there was only one other table being served. That table was getting more service than we were. Once the food came out it was very delicious and like said the only thing lacking was the service.

We have always had the best service and the food is great. Also, the whole place is super clean. That being said, call before you go to make sure they're open. We went last Tuesday and they were closed. There was a note taped to the door. Very annoying as we have a long drive to get there.
