Came in at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday. They close at 10:00. I was unable to get anything that required a blender because they said they stop doing that at 9:00 p.m. But they are open until 10:00 p.m. there are no signs posted on the building or on the website that blended drinks are unavailable after 9:00 p.m. Is this a policy just for this store or is this a corporate policy?

I like the Combo Pack which is sufficient for two and mainly Garnishing of dark chocolate on the top of it. Yummy

Received email coupon for free scoop at Baskin Robbins. When I presented the coupon, the girl asked to see the rest of the email. It would have taken four pages to print all of it so I just printed the main page and the page with the code on it. She told the other girl to start my order while she worked on the coupon. That girl prepared my cup of ice cream and set it on the counter for me. In the meantime, the other girl said the coupon wouldn't scan. She tried it again and it still wouldn't scan. When she told me this, I told her I didn't know why, as I had just printed it before we came over. She then said the scan was showing it had already been used. I told her I didn't know why, as I had not already used it, and again stated I had just printed it before we headed out the door to come over. She just looked at me with that "I don't believe you" look in her eyes so we just left the cup of ice cream sitting there and walked out. Don't plan to ever go back.

I don't usually write a review, but this place is RACIST. Made me & my family wait on Mother's Day and let 2 WHITE FAMILIES that came in AFTER we did get their ice cream order and didn't decide to even look at us. Disgusting and rude. Do NOT come to this s*** hole.

Actually, it was a bad experience. I ordered a couple of Mocha Blasts, they were made impropeely, and the people behind the counter seemed grouchy. I understand that one them was a trainee, but when someone is spending 22.00 for ice cream drinks, as a treat, you think the people behind the counter would make sure their products was correct and stand by it. The last two rimes I have been to this location, I have been disappointed. I recommend the store on South Circle, in the Target parking lot. I've always been very happy with that location.

I went into this location at 5:58pm on 2/24/2021. COVID-19 pandemic is still real. One staff member was assisting another customer. She had just walked back in the door as I was waiting.The staff was not wearing gloves when fixing my 3 scoops of ice cream. I asked for chocolate, very berry strawberry and pralines and cream. Upon arriving at home, I begin to eat my ice cream and my order was incorrect. Instead of pralines and cream I got cookie dough ice cream. I called the store at 7:37pm. The female employee that answered the phone was not helpful and told me that the manager was not there so there was nothing she could do. Then she passed the phone onto another employee, again I had to repeat myself as to my order not being correct. She said I can take your name and number down and pass it to the manager. He maybe in tomorrow or not. Wow, the one time I decided to support a business and this is what takes place. Poor customer service and unsanitary practices.What happen to the strong work ethic in society. Extremely disappointed in this place of business, I will not spend my money there again and I will let my family and friends know not to go there as well.
