Tried for the first time today, the online ordering process was quick and easy, the food was delicious (got the brisket sandwich with some mac) and the guy working the counter was very friendly and had a positive attitude. Will definitely be back :)

I must truly say, Im from Florida where Great BBQ is cooked. I’m sorry but Billy Sims has the worst tasting BBQ I’ve ever eaten….I never eat there again. Sorry for you that has to still try.

Y'all I've been sleeping on this place. Best bbq ever. I got the hot link pulled pork Mac and cheese and baked potato salad. Delicious. They know how to make Mac and cheese. You know not everyone knows how to make it good. Theirs is great!!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Ordered on DoorDash got their pulled pork sandwich with pickles!! 10/10 and also ordered their stacker!! Which was so good I want more!! 10/10 WOULD ORDER AGAIN!!!

They made me believe that white meat poultry could be juicy and taste good! Hickory sauce was sweet and flavorful. Coleslaw was the best-not swimming in sauce. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The minute you walk in the door your greeted with the amazing smell of smoked meat . The portion sizes are big. The ribs had an amazing taste that bbq sauce wasn’t needed for. Would definitely return again.

Even though the meat was good, I was annoyed in the extreme by the service today. First time was good, second time ... got me upset.I understand order of operations but if you can do something in 10-20 seconds (4 slices of brisket on a plate with a sauce) then it shouldn't be a whole ordeal. I could have been done and gone in the equivalent time that it took to place the order but I was forced to wait in a seemingly forced problem. Still upset and I can't find the logical way out of being upset at the situation because there is no excuse.

12/7/22 Went in for dinner time. The ribs were good, the chili was good... But what really will have me return is the friendly service. Two girls took care of my family of five, they were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Service with a smile for sure! Nothing better than going out to eat and getting five star service. Way to go girls!!!

I had a a bbq craving, and we found this place. The brisket was very good. The sides were also quite good. The baked beans were hot and had great flavor. Four stars for the meat being cold, and being dairy intolerant, there was no indication the hot links had cheese in them. But overall great service, and clean restaurant with plenty of seating.Parking: Plenty of parking, with several dedicated spots for the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: I don't expect gf options at a bbq place. That said, I'm also dairy intolerant, so some notice that the hot links had cheese would be awesome for next time.

I haven't left a yelp review in years, but this place deserves it. :-) The customer service was friendly the food was hot and fresh and everything I ordered was perfection. We got the ribs and the brisket, which was cooked to perfection and the delicious sauces on the side plus the baked potato potato salad is out of this world. I can't believe I never thought of that before :-) the green beans were delicious and perfectly seasoned and the macaroni and cheese was gone in three seconds when my kid came home :-) what a great barbecue place to find in the Springs we will definitely be visiting frequently!
The food was pretty average for what I had been told to expect. The green beans and baked beans left something to be desired. Their Hot BBQ sauce was a slightly spicier version of the Original sauce and wasn't bad. Unfortunately they were out of Turkey and Hickory sauce at the time. Service at the time was pretty good and quick, but for a Sunday afternoon not knowing how busy they get it was fine. The staff was friendly and attentive. For a smallish location seating was good.

Tonight was our last trip to Billy Sims, won't be back again. Food quality and service have drastically declined. The employees seemed very put off by our presence which made for a bad dining experience. We paid $39 for a sandwich, brisket, two sides and a drink --and to be treated poorly! So yep, no more mediocre BBQ and poor service for us.

Should’ve been an easy dinner order. I asked for no sour cream and chives. My husband arrived home with my order covered in sour cream and chives. They refused a refund, were out of potatoes to replace it, had no manager on duty and told my husband to leave the store. To come back tomorrow. ? we won’t be back and neither will anyone we know.

Bbq is decent however I'm not sure if this location has changed hands, the customer service has gotten horrible. This is my 4th time in a row of receiving subpar service and there was pieces of plastic in our beef brisket.I've been patronizing this business for several years but I think I'm going to have get another go to bbq spot.I almost always order the mvp take home pack which I think is a decent value for our family.I ordered at 10am online for pick up after work in a time crunch at 545 and they hadn't even started my ordered when I arrived at 545 and were slightly rude to me as though it was my fault, I waited 15 more minutes for my order. BTW there were 2 tables dining in and 1 person in line.I'm going to say farewell to Billy Sims ?

Actually really good barbeque. Lots of traditional offerings, but also a loaded potato with your choice of toppings. I had it with the chopped brisket. It was good, but big. I took 1/2 of it home. Yay, 2 meals!There was only 1 staff person. She was great, but it made for slower service as the line got longer.
