They are a bunch of theifs.I made an online order and paid when I paid for my order. I selected not to pay for a tip. I do this cause I always like to tip in cash. But this store decided that their delivery driver deserved a $15 tip for a $30 order. I tipped the driver $10 in cash when they dropped off my food. This morning, I woke up to a notification from my bank, showing that my transaction changed from $30 to $35, and it had a comment saying thank you for the tip.I don't know what made them want to forcibly take a $5 tip when I have already given them a $10 cash tip. By them, doing this caused an over draft on my account, and now I'm going to have to pay for the fees, and they are going to cost more than my order.

I'm bummed out. Pizza is very average. Like, frozen pizza average. Had to wait an extra 15mins on take out b/c it "wasn't ready." However, once it was ready the pizza was pretty much room temp. Cheap toppings at a premium price has me saying Dominos next time. Sad.
I placed an order online. The email said 60 minutes. I should have known better. I kid you not, Susan was calling me after 19 minutes. I love her. Give her and the cooks a raise! My Hawaiian pizza is hot, wonderfully delicious, and here in seriously record time. Thanks so much and god bless.

It is unknown on me, just how this place is able to be so consistent, so delicious, so often. It is a treat every time I order and it's really a different slice of Pizza, something about it puts it above all others. You guys are just all around awesome ?
