Basic food, no seasoning flavors. Not sure if you're supposed to wait to be seated, or just take an available table. Our server was friendly and attentive.

I used to love this restaurant up until the last month. I have tried on 3 different occasions to place a to go order and let me say the customer service sucks. The staff ignores you and when you ask for service they are rude to you. The food is okay but not to be treated how the staff treats people. Just poor service all around.

Ordered food for breakfast to take out for two people brought it home and order was wrongToast soggy and priced way too high for what was given.. Brouhught back the food and waitress who handles the order assured me it would be taken care of and of my options, one of which was to have 10 dollars back for less food on one order. I declined and was given the owner to work it out with. The owner, a female ,elderly lady was very rude and humiliated me for asking for refund by speaking rudely loud as if I was some sort of criminal. She gave me one option to accept the correct order all while she created such a dramatization in front of employees n guests. I was never ever treated like this by a restaurant owner or manager or employee ever. I again requested a refund and she blatantly said as if I'm a child " your not getting a refund and I can have new food." She kept going back n forth to kitchen very put out and made a big deal over not buttering the toast n simply having to make right on a $ 37.00 dollar order. I was so embarrassed I felt I had to bargain with the owner just to get out of there as embarrassed as I was. Well the owner never took any money off the bill and she threw the food in a bag keeping my receipt. Well the new food made that was incorrect was covered in hair small hairs which infuriated my friend who's food it was and back to the restaurant we went to get refund. The owner totally was out of line made excuses told my friend the hair cooked into her French toast was " egg hair" wth is egg hair?? The owner then proceeded to ask my friend while still arguing with her to come back to the fryer to see the egg hair hairs. I am so disappointed in the food but mostly the incompetence of this owner and lack of customer service offered. The meal was $37.00 she cant afford to refund them as asked a second time to do only to be belittled once again in front of everyone.Where the heck is it written patrons are punished if dissatisfied with food and service then expected to eat the tainted food your requesting a refund for?? Bon ton cafe is not the best in town for this reason. And nothing was returned to the customer. What has this world gone to?? Nothing is worth being railroaded, lied to and treated poorly and good n services were very poorly given, and on your own dime. I give zero stars to this restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Boo booooo. ẞ6b

Fun brunch spot in OCC! I was seated quite quickly for a Sunday morning and the service was really friendly! The menu is huge so choosing something was a bit daunting. The California omelette was delicious!

Had to wait a long time to order since the waitress was at the register most of the time before then. Ordered breakfast. Asked for extra crispy bacon, eggs over medium, and home fries. Got limp bacon, over easy eggs, and hash browns.Politely told the waitress that I asked for home fries, and she mentioned something about them still being potatoes. She had them swapped. The home fries that came were burnt. Then I tried the bacon. No crisp to them at all. Had to track her down and get the bacon some more heat. Came back, still not crispy. I resigned myself to eating the eggs, which I found out had runny whites. Well, at that point, I tried the waffle. Surely you can't mess up a waffle. This tasteless, grainy mass had nothing else to offer, so I gave up on breakfast altogether. I won't be coming back to this place, ever. If this is supposedly TripAdvisor's #1 rated cafe in Historic Colorado, I don't want to know what anything else around here tastes like. Jesus Christ. At least the area looks nice.

Got blueberry pancakes and they charged and extra 5 dollars just for the blueberries. It was never mentioned that when ordering blueberry pancakes the blueberries were not included in the price of the blueberry pancakes. Cooked eggs wrong 3 times in a row. Wanted over medium they kept bringing me over easy had to show them the definition of over medium eggs. Got a side of toast and was charged 6 dollars for 2 slices of bread. Lots of hidden charges that are not explained on the menu or in person.... after all of that the food tasted mediocre at best !!!!

This is your grandma’s favorite breakfast spot. With old fashion decor, watered down coffee and a weird layout, this is not the chic breakfast spot most younger people would like. But if you like a straight forward plate of breakfast and thirty minutes of coffee and chatting, this is your spot.

Spent $75 plus a tip on a mediocre breakfast food. Kitchen and wait staff were screaming and arguing throughout the duration of our meal. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Food was yummy! I got the chicken fried steak with over medium eggs, it was delicious. Biscuit was a little burned but I still ate it. My husband got the burrito with eggs sweet potatoes and chorizo with green chili and he enjoyed it as well, said hed go with a different meat other than chorizo next time but yummy none the less. $50 for the two of us
