We came to bonefish for a birthday dinner with family. There was 11 of us enjoying our time until one of the waiters walked by and dropped a tin of ketchup.. it ended up getting all over everyone at the table.. pretty crazy and no big deal it was an accident… except the waiter who dropped it didn’t even acknowledge that he dropped it.. even after we told him he got it all over everyone at the table… no I’m sorry, my bad nothing. We then told our waitress.. she had no care in the world either.. no manager ever came by either to say sorry.. do we need anything nothing. We then asked to speak to the manager and our waitress said oh the one who saw everything left.. we the. Asked if there was another manager she said yes let me go get him.. she came back and said he’s not coming out to talk to you but I’ll get you a dessert… we were baffled and pretty disappointed.. the fact that no one from the bonefish team offered any type of apology.

Posted 3/30/2024 My wife and I have been going to Bonefish almost every Friday afternoon for the past two months. We enjoy the menu and the food tastes good. But the overall management seems unorganized. Yesterday afternoon, we arrived a little before 4pm. Nearly two-thirds of the tables were empty, several had not been cleaned, and at least five servers, yet we had to wait ten minutes before being seated. Took a while for us to get our drinks and we were told the two bartenders were slammed. Say what? I'd hate to see them when the restaurant is full, which usually occurs around 5pm every Friday afternoon. We'll have to find a new Friday night dinner spot if things don't improve with how management is running things.

It was our first time dining at Bonefish grill, despite living so close for many years. First, I was really happy that I was able to make a reservation. So many restaurants will not allow reservations anymore. The atmosphere was really nice and tastefully decorated. Our server, Kevin, was excellent! He was very attentive and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Beringer White Zinfandel on the wine list since a lot of restaurants do not offer that anymore either. Both my husband and I were very happy with the food as well. The prices were reasonable and they had a great selection-we had difficulty choosing which entree we wanted to try. We will definitely back to try others! It is now one our favorites for date night and special occasions.

This place never disappoints. I love the tuna poke bowl. I don't even bother looking at the menu. If there is a mistake they are always happy to fix it. Go here if you want to sit and chat, the booths are big and it's not overly loud. They don't rush you, and there is something for everyone even if you don't like fish.Parking: The parking out front is plentiful but if you have anyone who struggles to walk a distance, there is space to drop them off then go park.

The place is amazing just the bartender lady was distracted by her friends and we had to wait a bit for the drinks we drove 15 hours from Houston I just expected the service to be better , the food and drinks were amazing.

Wife and i would frequent twice a month but last time was an unfortunate experience all around. i dont think we will be back. unfortunate because staff is super friendly . I reached out just to give our feedback but never heard back, i assume they are too busy which is a good thing.*** i have already replied to said email address 2 weeks ago with no response back. thanks for reaching out
