They are sooooo nice!! I’m on my last day in town and I hate that I didn’t discover them sooner! Just got iced coffee, but the ice cream and other treats look amazing!Oops...I made an edit to fix a typo. My visit was in 2022 just to be clear. Didn't realize it would change the date/time.

Love love love this place. I was shopping at the pet store (a couple stores down) while I was waiting and they ran it out to me on my way back to the car! I mean they moo every time you tip them, how could you not love them? Super dog friendly as well! They will make your pup the best pup cup! Or just give you treats if your dogs tummy is sensitive like mine :) They will also say out a water bowl for them if they are with you. I always get the Harmonys grilled cheese and some flavor of Mad Cow!

I came in on the morning of a snow storm. 12 inches. Was in the area, and I had never been there before. They were cheerful and happy I was there! Felt good to be welcomed.I got a small mocha with an extra shot, and it was well made! espresso was mild, light, and well pulled.They offered some ice cream samples to me while I waited, and the almond roca and Jack Daniel’s chocolate chip were great!The menu was extensive, it was clean, they were efficient and very friendly.

Loved the vibe walking in. I received a hello the second I walked in. I got the brown cow latte and an egg bagel sandwich with cheese and sausage. The sandwich was so good and a good amount of food. The latter wasn't too sweet and appreciated them mentioning there was dairy in the mocha syrup when I ordered almond milk. When I'm back in The Springs I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend ?

This is really a 1 of a kind cafe. They have fresh scooped ice cream, perfectly blended smoothies and milkshakes and the most addictive BLT I’ve ever eaten. I’m not lying when I say once you have the BLT, you’ll come back for another one. Great service and fresh products!
No they don’t roast their own coffee or spent crazy money on decor to pass along to you in price. But there is a reason Jake won best barista in town amongst a slew of great and talented baristas.This place has heart. Lots of it.Where else can you get ice cream at 7am in town? Or a coffee at 9pm? Or sandwiches with Boars head meats? Or breakfast sandwiches that the price isn’t making you eyes budge yet made in house?The Cow is a special place in the neighborhood. It’s a true 3rd place where neighbors gather daily. You may just find yourself coming in too, even if you make coffee yourself. It just feels good coming in.

Don't order a quick bite to eat unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for a regular sandwich. Staff is super friendly but the ice cream isn't even made in house. Lol better options in town for sure.
