My 12 year old gives it 10 out of 5 plus a million. The food, service, and atmosphere have been consistently delicious every single time that my family and I have gone. The smell alone in the restaurant is absolutely amazing.
The food was awful. Mussels smelled terrible and tasted worse plus I'm pretty sure they make the waitress crack them all open which made us feel really bad her hard work was wasted. The noodles were overcooked and mushy and the vodka sauce was watery. Scallops super chewy steak was medium rare and still tough? The only thing to save the night was the service our waitress was so nice and everyone was very attentive. For such high prices I expect much better food. Will not be wasting money at this location again.

Went for lunch and had the worst experience. I used to love Carabas! We were the second people seated for lunch today, ordered an appetizer and an entree to share. The muscles were gross…I don’t know how else to say it. I took one bite and had to spit it out, something was not cooked right or they were old maybe? That’s never happened before and I apologized to the server but asked to send it back. Then after a full hour we asked if our food would be coming out, our server said it would. 10 more minutes and she brought over a plate, we asked her to have it boxed to go. We looked around and every other (5) table had food or had already eaten and were getting ready to go. No discount and no apology, just handed our bag and charged full price. If you forgot to put the order in just say so, box it up and throw me some cheesecake on the house, it would have been that easy. The manager just stood there with his back to us so I know he heard, just didn’t care to acknowledge the poor service, gross food and careless mistakes like forgetting to put an order in. Disappointed in everything from start to finish and probably won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst dining experience of my life. Lunch took over an hour and 15 minutes and we walked out with food in a bag. There were a total of 6 tables in the entire restaurant and all of us at one point were staring at the staff who was apparently more interested in their personal conversations than their customers. Appetizer had to be sent back as it was border line rotten. Server and cook took more time talking and staring off than actually doing their jobs. No empathy whatsoever regarding the service when this was mentioned and no manager to be found. We will never be going back to this establishment and this is a horrible look for the entire Carrabas chain! This was HORRIBLE service and I would never recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal and good service.
