The quality of food and timely delivery of it to you is fine. The challenge here is space. The parking lot and drive-thru is an absolute cluster. Also there is a play place for children inside however that is also a cluster. Extremely tight and cramped and I would not take my child in there given the relative pandemonium that goes on in there.Parking: Extremely tight parking lot along with the drive-thru folks nearly running into you as you try to park or get out of parking. The entire area is kind of a cluster. Not to very well spaced at all.
Good food but ,.....won't change dollars bills for two dollars in coins ?, had to buy something else and I just bought breakfast from them, I was heading downtown.I would say that is not people friendly, they work so hard, it is not like I just came in for change, that is my opinion.

Made an order on Uber eats call the store because three delivery drivers later I still didn't have my food, called the store they told me that they did not have my order I told him the order then they told me they did have my order but they already handed it out and that it's not their responsibility to hand it to the actual person who's delivering my food or to verify do not recommend this store as they do not verify their information and will not provide any information on order to file report on the people who stool the order.

This was the worst chic flia and experience I've ever had. Matter of fact I've never had a bad experience at any chic fila before. I went here this morning on my way to work. I ordered my food and pull up like usual. Everything at this point is running real smooth. When I get to the window the young lady advises me to pull up in the parking lot and put my hazard lights on which I did. I was confused though because it wasn't busy this morning. After a few minutes of sitting in my car I decided to walk in and see what was taking so long with my order. As we all know chic Fila is always on point with having prompt service. When I walk in the young man ask me what my name was I tell him and he walks off then looks confused like I never ordered my food. After a few minutes he comes back and gives me my food. When I leave I noticed my ice coffee was wrong. They gave me a regular one instead of the vanilla one I ordered and my hashbrowns were cold. My sandwich was fresh which was a plus. I'm definitely not going back to this location again. I will be going to chic Fila but not this location. This is definitely not the standard that chic Fila has set. And that's one of the best things about the franchise is the SERVICE!

Just had a wonderful experience at the South Nevada Colorado Springs Chick-Fil-A... The customer service here was incredible and one of the workers, Solomon, particularly took amazing care of me and made it an incredible experience... he deserves a raise and really looks out for the customers experience. Keep it up Chick-Fil-A, ya'll are great!!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints me. Always top-notch in everything: customer service, food quality, cleanliness, you name it. Lines at the counter do tend to get long, and sometimes, it's hard to find an empty seat, but at this location, that's for a lot of good reasons. Chick-fil-A, please keep your restaurants like this for many years to come.Dietary restrictions: A gluten free bun is available if you ask (just be willing to build the sandwich yourself).
