My server, Reagan, was absolutely amazing. He was always on top of things and paying attention to detail. He goes out of his way to take care of visitors even after we had already paid just sitting at the table. Thank you for such a WONDERFUL experience Reagan.

Service is soooooooo slow. Waited 15 minutes to be greeted and another 45 minutes for our food. Came out wrong and the kids food was cold. When we asked for the correct food, the waitress was really snarky and never came back to check on us. Drinks empty and all.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at your location and I have to say, I loved both the exemplary service and the outstanding quality of the food.The staff's enthusiasm and eagerness to assist did not go unnoticed; their cheerful disposition and helpfulness made our night so much happier.It's worth noting that this location, in particular, stands out for the remarkable staff, who truly are the highlight of the restaurant. Their dedication and hard work deserve recognition, (please tip your waiters!!).This restaurant proved to be an excellent choice for a quick, late-night meal, polishing off an awesome date night with another great experience.Heartfelt thanks to the team for making our visit so memorable. <3Vegetarian options: I've been eating the black bean burger here for years, and I can't recommend it more. I have shockingly never had to send back my burger while eating plant based, and vegetarians will love the white queso. For all vegetarians, the fresh chips and endless salsa is a favorite and has been since I was a teenager.

We live about 5 minutes from Chili’s. Picked up burgers. Really wish they would put garnish on side.We have ordered burgers there In the past, several times & they took care in the way they’re sent out. Garnish was on the side fresh & crisp. Fries were hot.Tonight, garnish was limp lettuce,end piece of tomato, tons of mustard all smashed together on the bun, cold burger & cold fries. My husband waited to pick up order so it would b hot & fresh. Really disappointed !! With so many burger restaurants on Interquest we expected better from Chili’s.

Service was a little lacking but it was the end of her shift! Food was great, steak was tender and delicious!!?Dietary restrictions: Submitted request for no potatoes or bread and substituted salad instead.
Absolutely terrible. Now I see why the reviews for this restaurant are terrible. Chili's corporate needs to step in and fix this mess!! You will never get as bad of service as you get at this place ?.

I used to love going to Chili's. Unfortunately I have visited the Interquest location a few times. It is hit or miss. I have eaten there when the meat has been cooked to inedible leathery textures and other times where it is delicious. On my past visit this week I ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad. I have never eaten chicken that has the texture of a rock before. It was disgusting. This will be my last visit to this Chili's. Its not worth the prices and uncertainty with food quality. I believe there are so many better choices on Interquest.

I have no idea why this location is rated poorly. It was clean, the service was fast, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our server, Aubry, was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return to this location in the future!
