Food is always cold. I'm on a low carb diet so I get meat lettuce cheese and sour cream..the portions are sooo small and they wanna charge for extra meat. The skinny blond chick gives portion sizes only she can survive on! No wonder they have a 2.3 raiting ..use to be our favorite place to eat on Sat now its our last resort since the new management took over. Remember when they would give u big portions u could get full on ..not any more..

Food did NOT look too fresh as I was at counter picking my toppings for my burrito bowl. Young girl serving me was ok but really not into her job!! She left me standing at register and proceeded to wait on next person in line. Eating areas were dirty and tables not clean. Trash was left half way emptied with large trash bin standing in front of soda machine thus making it difficult to serve myself from the fountain drinks. Soda dispenser sputtered and didn't work properly! What's wrong here? Where's management?? I was really disappointed!! Won't be returning.Wheelchair accessibility: Ok to get in but not really accommodate wheelchairs at tables

Do NOT waste your time going to this location. Like everyone else’s experience, portion sizes are awful. Also, the individuals making the food and then preparing it for people at the front were arguing (yelling) at each other back and forth while there were many customers waiting to be served. Just very unprofessional and highly recommend going to a different location.

I’m so upset with location. The only 2 times I have ordered from here it’s been messed up. Portions are small. I asked for extra lettuce and got a tablespoon of lettuce, wanted extra cheese and sour cream and there was none. I should have taken a pic of my small bowl. Also got a lovely avacado pit. Just now ready all the reviews!? What’s wrong with this location!?! Let us know when you fix it.
This is the worst Chipotle to go to in the Springs. I've given them many chances since they are so close. Portions are small even when you order extra and the food quality is bad. They give you all the bad pieces that you can't eat. I will not be eating here anymore. Stick with Qdoba.

Was hoping to finally have a decent chipotle in this area since the new center point one sucks. However, that does not seem to be the case. Recently I have had multiple instances where I order online, then when I go to pick up my food at the window I will see it right in front of me which is great. However, no one is around to come hand me my food so I instead have to sit and stare at it for 30 minutes through the glass while it gets cold, and all the sudden the "fresh" motto seems to lose its meaning. Beyond that the order is screwed up 90% of the time. Today I ordered extra chicken and queso which is an extra 5$. I don't mind spending the extra money, but when I get no queso and literally the least amount of chicken I've ever seen in a meal before it gets irritating. But hey at least I got guac this time last time I didn't even get that much even though I paid for it. The people are nice so maybe it is a management issue. Either way the system of leaving the food in a room no one seems to be a regulate is severely inefficient. I just want what I paid for at a reasonable time, however it's been months and this issue is reoccurring, so I am just giving up on this location. My advice even if you are 5 minutes away from the Tutt location just go to a different location cause even if it's 10 minutes farther away weirdly enough you'll get your food faster!!
The service is great and the food is as expected. The music is so treble intensive and loud that even a to go order left my ears ringing. Ouch.

This is order number 8 in a row that’s been incorrect. Missing items, wrong toppings, etc. Also, the food just looks and tastes off each time. Not sure whoever’s managing this place, but they’d be a better fit at chuckee cheese’s.

I placed an order for pickup in doordash so I can't say anything about the atmosphere or service but.... God bless whoever made my burrito bowl! The portions were perfect didn't even skimp on the guac! It was delicious! They made this like the rent one due! Probs the best order I've had from a chipotle I will def order from here again and as long as it can stay consistent will keep coming back! I took a photo AFTER I started eating I didn't think about a review till about halfway through....

Do not go to this location! They give you the smallest portion sizes and will not add unless you pay extra. Go to another location if you want appropriate portion sizes.
