There is not a good system in place to accommodate online and in-person at this facility. Read other reviews or go in person yourself. Chipotle makes wonderful food, just really poor service here. We arrived and there was no one in line for in-person service, while 20 people were waiting for online orders. We waited for around 40 minutes after the app said it should be done. At first they gave us the wrong order, then, when we finally were given the correct order, they put the wrong toppings on. Feels a bit entitled to be complaining about food service, but just know this is what you're getting here!

If I could leave zero stars, I would first off this is my first time coming here. Numerous people told me not to come to this location. I was craving chipotle what could I say that I was gonna be able to fix craving Everybody, but one person was rude why I asked what I want on my bowl if you don’t make it correctly then while I’m paying a customer and a cook is arguing screaming back-and-forth at each other and there’s a line full of people that right there she told me just get a refund and walk out well actually my bowl not being made correctly. It should’ve been my sign of walking out. I will never be back again. I’m very close with another location and I will definitely be making sure somebody gets this location under control, this is ridiculous. The store was dirty. There was food everywhere people there are very rude. definitely not worth $25. I will never be back no matter how much I crave it.

Portion sizes are terrible here. They put 5 lbs of rice in the bowl, a few pieces of meat and then sprinkle it with a pinch of toppings lol... it's awful.

Came in at 8:50 for an Ubereats order and none of the staff acknowledged me lmao so I never picked up my order after sitting there for 15+ minutes. It’s nothing but delivery drivers in the store around this time so it’s not like they’re busy with in store orders. They started putting pickup orders behind the counter and stopped acknowledging people actually picking up. Very bad customer service, drivers are treated so horrible at this location we’re often forgotten. Braindead staff honestly

They were extremely rude about my allergy and almost served me food I was allergic to. I had to tell them six times about my allergy before they finally understood what I was saying. If you don't know about food allergies you should not be serving food.

Ordered a take out order in the restaurant and while the staff was friendly, we felt extremely rushed. So rushed in fact that part of our order was not placed in our bag. Once we got home and realized we were missing an item we contacted the store. I spoke a manager who was extremely dismissive and after checking for our order in their system pointed out that we weren’t charged for the missing item. Had we been provided a receipt, I would have been super annoyed we didn’t pay for and receive our entire order-but would have moved on as mistakes happen. Based on the lack of professionalism of the manager is the reason for this review and that we will not return to this location again.

Love this place, but sometimes they get a little chincy these days, where they didn't used to be.
The best Chipotle in the area. Service is always on point, and 8/10 times, the meats are cooked properly and not dried out. Does get super busy at the expected times.
I come here often and everyone is so incredibly kind. Also the best chipotle in town because I needed a pack of tortillas and they gave me an unopened pack.

The food was alright, portions weren’t the best, but very low quality management. Every table had crumbs and grime. Nomine wiped tables. Staff were pretty frantic and careless. I was suprised to see them wrap my tacos in foil and crumple them in a ball.An employee came and wiped our table after we asked for napkins because each dispenser was empty. Trashes were maxed out and hadn’t been taken out for a while.Cafe Rio Spoiled me

The food is still good but the company is commercial now. They sacrificed quality of product to widen their profit margin. You can tell by the service and atmosphere. Nickel and diming for everything. Similar to every other chain now.
