Shyanne was absolutely horrible. The lowest and worst customer service I’ve ever seen. There were 2 rude young ladies but they kept hiding their name tags. The manager was polite and apologetic but the experience was ruined repeatedly by the time I talked to her. I don’t recommend having a birthday party here because the staff is not joyous. Their attitudes will upset you and it is a waste of money.

Food was good for the kiddos. Service was decent. The unlimited "all you can play" card that we got is totally worth it. We purchased the hour one. Cheaper than any other arcade place like a Dave N Busters or similar places. I only no noticed one arcade not working, which is great for a place like this. Kuddos!

I was very impressed with the Chuck E. Cheese staff this evening. The store was very clean, and everyone who worked there made sure we had a great time ! We ordered the Appetizer sampler and the wings they recommended were amazing!Vegetarian options: Very large salad bar lots of fresh veggies !

I’m giving this a 5 star review based off of the birthday server at the party we attended and an employee named Antonio at the cash register. I was having problems intermittently with my card. The manager was doing inventory, so did not really acknowledge that I had an issue. She had the other cashier attempt to help and they tapped a game which worked after I said the card issue was intermittent. After about 25 minutes of trying to play, my son only had a chance to play about four games total. So after they tapped it, they said “oh it does it sometimes.” After the problem continued, I went to Antonio and he tried to explain the process to me. I was aware of the process as I had managed this location previously and just asked if he could transfer the time to another card. He took my card and messed with it for about five minutes and came back and gave me a new card with the time transferred and he apologized. He was very awesome. If I was rating just off of the management, I would have given three stars however, due to the two employees that I had encounters with, I’m going to go ahead and give a five because I feel that they should not be Punished for their teammates.

This was less than satisfactory from our last visit in August. Tons of the machines were broke and one lonely gal working to fix but only saw her fix something twice. Staff didn't care. Not sure if I really want to go back.

Kids love it ... Parents hate it ? It has changed a lot over the years! The show is mostly on a large TV screen with Chucky appearing live briefly for the birthday kid! The creepy band is gone ...but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The place is a germaphobes nightmare but you do it for the kids ?Kid-friendliness: I mean...if you're a kid, you'll love it

If I could leave negative stars for service, I would. The store manager and another staff member were extremely rude to my 83 year old father when he went to buy a glass of wine for himself and my mom at my 6 year old’s birthday party. It was honestly the most rude and disrespectful service we have ever received. My kids love Chuck-e-Cheese, but I doubt we will ever return.

One of the games jammed while my son (12) was playing it. None of the tickets are counting because the tokens are not going down. The people working basically said they can't do anything because there is no tech. Okay fine, so can we get like some tickets put on our card at least for these hundreds of tokens that are not falling in? Employees... no. Bad customer service. They didn't do anything to help. And then they were laughing about it with eachother. So because these are kids are you telling me they don't deserve the same customer service you would offer to adults? We have been to Dave and busters and something similiar has happened and they gave us tickets. No problem. Why? Because everyone is there to have fun. This was maybe our 4th or 5th visit here in the last year, each time spending a minimum 200 dollar. Experiences like this make you not want to return to a business.

Most of these locations lack the long term enjoyment. I wouldn't spend more than 30mins here outside of a birthday party. That is only because you run out of games to play. My kids found it boring after about 35mins. Customer service was great I must admit.

I loved going to Chuck E Cheese as a kid (who didn't?!) and couldn't wait to take my own children to visit. I have a 4-year-old and a three-year-old and they absolutely LOVE this chain. All of the restaurants went through a redesign over the last few years, however, completely doing away with things like the animatronic characters/band (replaced by a weirdly small dance floor that's just a screen on the floor) and by nixing the playplace/tunnels/slides/ball pits and replacing them with nothing. Those were always, in my opinion, the best parts of Chuck E Cheese as a kid, though my children seem to be crazy about the 'dance floor' (though I assume this is because they simply do not know any better and don't know what they're missing with the now-defunct animatronics). Most of the games were a little too old/difficult for my toddlers when I first started taking them to play here, but there's some game options that older toddlers can enjoy, as well as a few (like 3 or 4) rides for younger toddlers through younger elementary school ages (think carousel horses and like, 3 of the little car rides that kinda just tilt up and down). Chuck doesn't make a lot of appearances - we've been to both locations in town and, despite playing for over an hour, usually don't see Chuck at all. When he does come out to interact with the kids (unless it's for a birthday party), he comes out to the 'dance floor' for a dance before going back into the back area again, where he won't be seen again before we leave. That's if he comes out at all, which usually he does not. On a positive note, Chuck E Cheese no longer makes their pizzas out of cardboard and rubber cheese, so that was a pleasant surprise. Take this review as you will - like I said, neither of my kids have ever been disappointed going here, quite the opposite - but as a parent who remembers the animatronic band and playplace, it's somewhat disappointing, especially considering the astronomical prices they charge. But we keep going back because my kids go nuts for it and at the end of the day, that's all that matters.
