So incredibly slow! We waited over 30 minutes just to get to the counter. There were only a couple of orders ahead of us. Unbelievable. 4 employees are "working" and only 2 employees actually serving customers at an alarmingly slow pace. No sense of urgency or care whatsoever. We will never return to this tortuous creamery.

Get it Together
Ordered my sons cake 3 days prior only to come in and pick up at the agreed time for them to tell me that the baker forgot to do my son’s Birthday cake. Blond lady was very rude and said oh well and said she couldn’t do anything else to help me. I asked to talk with manager only for her to tell me to leave before she calls security. I would not work with this rude lady at all!!!!

Thankfully Door dash removed this business from their page. The customer service is beyond terrible. I placed my door dash order and after it said it was ready for pick up, I show up and the girl says she still has to make it, and this was after waiting for more than half an hour since she was only attending walk in customers even though there is a pick up line. She didn't bother to ask any of the people waiting in the pick up area, she just continued attending the walk in customers. I had to leave empty handed after almost 45 minutes because she never turned around to at least say 'I'll be right with you or give me five minutes' absolutely nothing. It felt like I was in Cuba or the Soviet Union. Which if that's what they're going for it's fine but they need to change their business model. Dairy Queen offers a much better service even when their employees show up high or drunk.

Whoever owns this Cold Stone should watch the cameras from 8:10pm to 9pm 12/8. These guys are unacceptably slow. Taking phone orders instead of serving customers in the store is ridiculous. I’m wearing a blue hoodie, watch the video and see how long I’ve been here.Last time I was here there were two women working who were out of this world amazing. I can’t believe the drastic difference. Will likely go to the N. Academy location next time. Farther drive but I certainly won’t have to wait an hr for ice cream where there are 10 people in line. So disappointing.

This store could've gotten a better rating. Yet, when we arrived there were many people trying to get ice cream and I watched some leave. They gave up on the wait. Aspen was hard at work while the others were in the back chatting. Once the other two left the other dude helped for like a second and then he left Aspen to do it all while he "filled recess". You could tell she was being under supported but she stayed happy and hardworking the whole time. Keep it up Aspen!

the young girl with the glasses airpods kept falling out of her ear and I thought that was pretty nasty and the guy with the long was sitting on the counter restocking candy and that's also unprofessional and disgusting understand there about to close but really unprofessional and nasty
The ice cream is very good! Maybe too good? In the summer Every time I come here there is a huge line. With most of the time 2 employees working. It’s best to come here in winter. In winter the line is GONE and is less chaos

Took the kids there last night and the line was pretty long, but the staff was super friendly and helpful- this really is the best ice cream I've found in town so far
