The people who work here are super super nice but my food was meh. There was no sauce of any kind on my sandwich and it’s literally called Colonel mustards lol! The food was just okay but it was ridiculously overpriced for the portion size and quality. I love the people, vibe, and the mustard ice cream samples though!**edit due to owner response: I had the turkey sandwich, which is supposed to have “colonels special sauce”- there was no sauce put on it at all, there was minimal meat, and the avocado was hard. Anyway, I shouldn’t need to specify that I want something that it’s supposed to come with :) thanks

Fantastic sandwiches! Pastrami sandwich was a home run and the Doc Martin was an insanely delicious vegetarian sandwich option. I will be back... A lot!Vegetarian options: The only reason I marked somewhat instead of highly is because the vegetarian options were limited - but the Doc Martin was incredibly delightful.

This place was great! The inside felt custom to the name and felt very fun. All the staff were very nice and super welcoming! This was my first time there and since I live close by, I'll be coming back. Thank you for the great food, wonderful service, and free samples!

Edit: came in on Sunday, the signs all say open, someone was inside and even came to open the blinds to peek at us, then shuffled away. It's sad because I love this place but I just drove 30 minutes to come here after checking online and the place is closed.I always enjoy coming here for lunch, the signature sandwich is my go to but everything they have is pretty delicious.Parking lot is pretty big but make sure you are paying attention if it's your first time because you might miss the entrance. I did not see any handicap spots with easy access but the lot is fairly flat and well maintained considering the other lots on that street suck.Don't knock the mustard ice cream until you try it! Definitely didn't expect sweet mustard ice cream to taste good lol.

First, staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so welcoming especially when we mentioned it was our first time in. They greeted us with a cup of mustard ice cream paired with a pretzel. Yes, it was gooood. The view in their back parking lot was to die for!! You could see Garden of the Gods. The Cucumber Salad and Colonel Sandwich were both hits! We can’t wait to go back. And they have stamp cards, which is a plus in my book! Great spot to shop for a loved one, your own home, cookouts, etc!
Soooo good! I almost don’t want to tell you how good for selfish reasons… but I will…. SO GOOD! The service is just as good as their food. The owner is an active member of the staff you will find her behind the counter working hard! Just so impressed with this local gem!

Karrie and her team know how to make one heck of a sandwich! I had the Pastrami on marbled rye and it was the best I've ever had. Karrie was extremely kind and even gave me a bottle of mustard on the house! I have a picky eater and the turkey, provolone, and whole grain made their day. They have a lot of gluten-free breads and desserts and a huge menu to choose from. The mustard selection is incredible. The mustard ice cream is delicious.This is the best sandwich shop in the Springs! The outdoor patio has incredible views and is a great place to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I will be coming back soon!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free options
