The scoops are paid for by weight, but they put your cones and bowls on a large plastic tray, then weight it. The scale was not zeroed out, so you also pay for the weight of the tray. We got 1 single scoop cone and a scoop bowl and it cost 18. That's a scam. If sold by weight of two scoops should be at most 8 oz. I will file a claim to my credit card and a complaint to BBB.To the reply below: I have no issue with the way you sell by weight. How do you explain 2 scoops weight 20+ oz.

********Response to owner: If that was actually the case then the scale would read the tear weight instead of zero. I work in an industry that is HIGHLY regulated and we use a state scale everyday. . You tear what goes on then weigh the product. Not charge the consumer for the bag or plastic cone holder.If this was the case, the proof wouldn’t be in the videos and pictures showing you are ripping us off.The ice cream is good but getting ripped off is not something I enjoy.The ice cream is sold by the weight.The scale sits at zero before even putting the plastic cone holder onto the STATE CERTIFIED SCAL.Check this, I bought two bowls and they even put the bowls on the plastic cone holder just so it is heavier. The two bowls would have easily fit onto the scale as is. This is a scam. When customers start to realize they are getting ripped off they won’t want to shop small business’s like this. The ice cream is good, it’s not that expensive until you pay for the plastic cone holder that you don’t get to keep.The owner should know that this scale is regulated by the state. . .Charging people for a weight we actually didn’t receive is unethical & misleading. Also false advertising when you say it’s by weight but don’t have the plastic cone holders weight removed.Why do that to your loyal customers?

Walked in an hour before closing, and the two workers seemed as if they were extremely annoyed we stopped in and it felt like they were rushing us to order and get out.
