This place is always so clean and well kept, the food is always fresh, and the young people that work here are incredibly friendly and professional.Wish they would fix the bubbly wall though, it was fun to watch while waiting in line

Our server who was working as the cashier and the condiments after the burrito is warmed was very unhygienic and rude. She went from working the register with her gloves on to wiping her hands with the same pair of gloves on her jeans and then sticking her hand directly into the salad and placing it in my bowl. She was rude there is nothing else you can say, when asking if it was for here or to go and asking what size of drinks? I couldn’t confront her about it was so bad I could not eat that burrito it just went in the trash. She was a brown blond with gold frame glasses. I won’t be back - it was disgusting.

We ordered through the app and ordered a side of jalapeños and got green peppers. When paying, I said no tip and they put $1.09 for a tip on my credit card. I know it’s not much, it’s just the principal of it.

Left work craving a salad from Costa Vida. Says they close at 9 o'clock. Went to pull on the door st 835 to grab it to go and it was already locked disappointed because I rant and rave about this place and i always seem to crave it on Sundays which they're closed. If it says 9 o'clock.... why lock the doors at 835? Please explain. I work at a restaurant too and I understand wanting to go home...but

A new chipolte/qdoba. I liked that the burrito came smothered. Otherwise, I prefer the og's.

Pack your patience, parks, and earplugs. Also, cross your fingers and hope they don’t run out of the food you want. Tonight, they were out of steak, barbacoa, and chile verde. Two stars because I feel sorry for the staff. They are grossly under staffed and, unfortunately for me, a whole bus load of swimmers were ther having a very fun, raucous time.

I love Costa Vida. I wish they had another location closer to my house but that’d mean that I’d go more often which is probably not great for my wallet lol Only complaint I’ve had is the inconsistency with them charging for getting toppings on the side or not. Depends on who’s working that day and it’s a difference of $4-$5 additional dollars (which isn’t worth it in my opinion). I always get everything on the side as I take my meals to go and I don’t want everything to be soggy by the time I get home. The small plastic to go cups don’t equate to the same as what you’d get if they putting the toppings on the meal so I don’t feel it’s fair to charge for the larger to go cup. Anyway, I still go. It’s still delish. Blah blah blah

Just spent 35 minutes waiting for an online order that should have been ready ages ago. FINALLY had the teenager behind the counter throw together my meal… Got home, opened up the bag - it’s the wrong food. How does this place stay in business- I WILL NOT BE BACK… EVER.

Stopped by on a Friday night and there was no steak nor chips, which are the two items I wanted to order. Both items would have satisfied our hunger after spending 10 hours on the road. It was very disappointing. Planning ahead would be advantageous to this business. Honestly, I was surprised that there was soda in the machine. I would hesitate in coming here agai.Parking: Parking spaces are tight and not enough for the restaurants in the area.

How about posting current prices on your online menu? NOT 3rd party prices. These days I peruse the menu and the prices before I visit a new restaurant. Thank you so much for responding!! ?

The staff was extremely kind, they were very busy helping people but were still very helpful when I had a question. Thank you so much. The food was good as well.

This place is the Applebee's of Mexican restaurants. They don't make some of the food, they just reheat it. They've somehow managed to make rice non-vegan by putting butter in it, and you can't even ask them to make a batch without butter because they don't actually cook it on site. Rice. The staple of most Mexican food. They just reheat it from some off-site place.

I go to Costa at least once a week and have always had an awesome experience! The staff is great! They make suggestions to change up what I usually get and they have always been tasty! I am admittedly addicted to the chips and queso and always get the incredible sweet pork!
