All the Costco produced bakery products are great. We often buy their cookies, we have bought their cakes, pies, etc for times when friends or family are stopping by. We have custom ordered their sheet cake, it is very good and quite affordable. I could go on, but try their products, you won't be disappointed.

So Costco and I have a love hate relationship. Its like that friendnemy you love to keep around because lets be honest, she's super convenient and helps out a lot, but you also hate to be around because shes too loud and crazy sometimes. Thats costco. Convenient , reliable, cheap. But can also be crowded and hectic and give you a massive headache if you even think of stopping by on a saturday afternoon. But the thing is - its has an amazing wine selection, awesome flower prices, great bulk items, and the usual unnecessary items that catch your eyes and make you open your wallet. Now im pretty sure Costco and Target are somehow related, because there's no way you'll enter Costco and leave with only what you need, or spend less than $100. It always turns into 2 hours and a massive cart of goodies..And it ends with my sitting in my couch eating chocolate covered nuts that have enough calories to feed an army.

An enjoyable shopping experience.

Horrible experience. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with how they handled whats allowed with Service Animals. Besides asking more then what is policy let alone legally allowed to ask. I had to argue with the front door lady about if I needed a service animal. She then proceeded to tell me that my service animal wasn't a service animal and was an Emotional support animal. I had to finally tell my specific reasons and why I have a SA. It was beyond embarrassing to say the least and infuriating to experience. After that, I was stopped a few times by other employees asking if she was a service dog, one guy (while I was taking my daughter to the bathroom), went out of his way making a scene to look at my service animal, then when I asked "is there something wrong?" He said "no I just needed to see the patches." It was repulsive that the staff was so ignorant and clearly received no training. Between being told what I need is just an ESA, to being stopped multiple time to the guy at the end who felt the need to see patches. It was just repulsive. Even when I called to speak with a store manager his attitude was just as disgusting. He blamed "all the new hires", and "that it happens all the time" and "other people bringing their dogs in by purses etc". I informed him that being demanded to show her patches isn't legal, and neither she nor I have to produce patches or even a vest. She legally requires no identification. However, I've been learning a vest is just best..... because places like CostCo exist and break the law and infringe on people's rights due to their own incompetence. Glad to know and to share that CostCo off North Nevada in Colorado Springs isnt service animal friendly, and their manager makes excuses for a poorly trained staff. Time to cancel the membership, and go to Sams.

I do recommend shopping in this store because of the quality and selection of the products.

The store fills up with pretentious me first people for most of the day except close to closing. I made the mistake of going when it opened, never again! The staff is excellent and the selection is great too. Being a short person, I’m 5’2”, makes it difficult to navigate the store because the stacks of products are so high I can’t see much but what’s in front of me. I’m considering using a bike flag so my family can find me while we are shopping. If the products and employees weren’t so amazing I’d turn in my Costco card and never renew it. Please keep up the good parts. It’s too bad the shoppers weren’t as great as the staff.

This is 99% for the gas department of this Costco! I only buy my gas here (unless I am low, and I have to pull into another gas station but I try my hardest to avoid that situation). The staff is amazing at helping everyone, even when super busy. I came super early this morning, the staff was walking around picking up trash in various areas. Really showed the pride they have in their job, work area, and company. I rarely need to buy things from Costco, as it is just me so I can't really justify bulk. However, when I do go into the store, I am always impressed by how clean and organized it is. My parents love to get the street tacos, which are delicious!

Turns out we were charged twice for the tires. My husband had to spend another 40-50 min at the Tire Center and then Member Services to get the second charge refunded. He says it could've been much more efficient had he initially been directed to Member Services, and if the Member Services people had listened to the Tire Center people standing 20 feet away. Apparently it took my husband a long time to convince Member Services he had been charged twice (and not gotten two sets of tires), although the Tire Center had clearly been anticipating the problem. Bottom line: think about what your time is worth.

This is my local go to Costco. I don't know if it's because I prefer the sore layout or what it could be. The parking lot is easier to maneuver and find parking in as well. It may be because I can hit Trader Joe's too!?! It also may be that this location has the liquor section in store. Which means that that they have the Kirkland Signature brand of wines and liquor. For our every day wine, this is very good wine. The vodka, rumor has it, is made by Grey Goose and is 1/3 of the price of the liter Grey goose bottle. I feel that the lines move quickly and the staff is friendly. Their whole bean coffee grinders that are up front are also much better (& faster) than the other local Costco. We have also seen identical items at both locations with them being a higher price at the other (Barnes) location. Otherwise, it is your typical awesomeness that Costco is!

Shop at your own risk. In the Spring they were mandating the number of people who could be in the store. I guess the state rules have changed or something because that's no longer the case here nor any other store we visited. We went in a few times before Christmas and it was packed. No way you could stay 6ft away from anyone even though Costco had signs everywhere asking people to stay 6ft apart. And then other shoppers are inconsiderate. I'm looking for a prime rib for holiday dinner and 2-3 other shoppers come right up next to me looking as well...so much for 6ft. I typically wait for the section to be clear before walking up, but I guess I'm just the exception. And Costco only enforces their mask policy when you walk in. You can pretty much take off your mask in the store and no employee will confront you for the most part. A few shoppers with no masks and many more wearing them incorrectly. This store and the other one just had an outbreak with their employees last month. I suspect a week after Christmas we may be hearing about another one including shoppers. I'm not implying it will be directly related to Costco, but in general given the amount of shoppers in town, the get togethers everyone is having, and friends/family coming in from out of town...all of that will lead to another surge come the beginning of the year. Well, I'm sure some of you are asking why I didn't leave if things were so bad. Well, a few reasons. I wear a N95 medical mask, did my best to avoid everyone not wearing or incorrectly wearing a masks, wore gloves, sanitized as much as I could, and was only in there for a short time. Bandanas, scarves, dental masks, single layer cloth masks, and neoprene helps, but still just gives everyone a false sense of security from COVID infection. I give 3 stars because Costco is great when we're not in a pandemic and the shoppers are really the ones to blame here. One more thing, get rid of the ID check at the entrance. Most are saying get rid of the one at the exit, but I'm fine with that. Why do you need to see my Costco card when I enter...the only way I can buy anything when I leave is with a Costco membership so why would I be visiting Costco if I wasn't a member. And even if I did who the hell cares. And it's so easy to access Costco if I weren't a member, just walk through the Exit door and then make your way in.

Always love Costco. And I'm glad they are enforcing mask wearing, regardless of the folks who seem to think Costco has no right to require safety measures. They had pretty much everything we came in for. As usual with Costco, the shift products around all the time which then forces you to search pretty much the entire store to find things you came there for which then means you'll probably also grab things you did not come there for. On this trip, I begged my wife to stick to the list and see if we could possibly get through the store for less than our traditional $450+ for one Costco shopping trip... NOPE!! $466 later...and, as usual there was one item they didn't have... But we can pick it up at City Market.

Good grief. The Costco workers are just snotty. If you don't want to be there, let someone else have the job. Don't take it out on me with your snotty responses and general nasty behavior. I don't mind waiting and I am smiling. Btw, masks are required and exposed noses of the employees doesn't meet the CV requirements. Pull 'em up!

I ordered an oven and microwave recently. The oven was delivered a couple of weeks ago and was unboxed and installed. My microwave arrived today. I instructed the delivery team where it would be installed. They advised their delivery order did not say to install the microwave. While inconvenient, I figured a quick call to Costco customer service would remedy the situation. I was wrong. The Costco rep advised that despite my order stating it included installation, it did not. Part of the reason I ordered from Costco was for the installation. Im very disappointed and feel I was lied to when placing my order.

I love Costco because you can buy things in bulk, for really great prices. My only complaint is the attitude of some of the cashiers. I work for instacart on the side, so I've been in and out of this store about 50 times in the past few months now. It seems like every other time I go, a cashier has some rude thing to say. I understand that things are stressful right now because of the virus, but now I dread receiving orders from Costco because I have to wonder if I'm gonna be treated well, or treated with disrespect. It's something like that that can ruin someone's day.

terrible at enforcing the mask mandate, every time i am here i encounter dozens of smug maskless people spreading their germs and the employees do nothing about it.
