Took over 40 minutes to get out when ordered at 7:30 pm. Waitress couldn’t tell me what soft drinks they had. Filled in tables with extra chairs on ends making walk paths impassable

My one complaint about Cracker Barrel is that my hash-brown casserole is usually room temperature by the time my food arrives.

Would have given a five star but for the person who greeted us. He acted like he didn't like his job and was very rude to my wife. Everything else about our experience was great the food and our server.

Arrived at 7:10 didn't get seated till 7:30 after them telling us it'll be 10 min wait. They sat us down and didn't even bring our high chairs that we asked for our children. We waited 15 mins for a highchair and for the waiter to even make contact with us. We decide to just leave at 7:55 since no one made contact with us after they sat us down nor did they bring the highchairs for my children. Will never make it to this location again.

We've been going to this Cracker Barrel for 30 years and always had good meals at a fair price. Until today. We'd been out of town for a few months and decided to go back to our favorite Cracker Barrel for dinner. I don't know what happened to this place while we were gone but it was a terrible experience. The quality of the food was sub par to put it kindly. My wife had the roast beef which in the past has always been cut with a fork tender. It was leather tuff. I had the country fried steak. I was surprised by the low quality of it compared to past meals. Both meals arrived between lukewarm to cold. I know that Cracker Barrel is trying to keep their costs down but they shouldn't be sacrificing quality.

Overcook two of our 6 meals on a very slow night. Refired another dish that they got wrong after confirming with the server that it wasn't a problem. Server then became overzealous with trying to make up for the constant problems which made it very awkward. Made no attempt to correct the situation or adjust the bill. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat in the Springs
