Decided to try this place for my daughter’s birthday. Spent a lot of money and was very disappointed. Ordered carry out for 5:00, got there early, food was cold and dry, portions were small and not filling. Feel horrible for spending this much, instant regret. Can’t justify going back….

This is the second time this place has completely screwed upThe first time was my anniversary while my husband was deployed. I ordered a baked potatoes online and after waiting forever the door dasher called and said they didn't have baked potatoes but they could replace it with mashed potatoes only.. who wants just mashed potatoes for dinner???Then tonight my spouse went and again n9 baked potatoes even though online it says they have them so I ordered something else and after my spouse had already paid for the meal they informed them they had just ran out of Mac and cheese... why wouldn't they tell him that before he paid so he could of said " never mind all she really wanted was the Mac n cheese."I am so disappointed by this resturant..I said I was done eating there after they ruined my anniversary meal but my spouse said to give them another chance.Honestly you're better off going to Rudy's bbq, bird dog bbq or ANY other bbq place in colorado springs...And the customer service was below average..

Went in for a late lunch, im on a diet so I gotta be choosey. Got the three meat plate which is 19.00 brisket old, dry and wasn't even fully re-warmed. Ribs is actually just Rib and I promise you it's more bone than meat. The kebasa was the only thing as far as the meat goes that was ok. The coleslaw was good but the green beans and bacon should just be labeled as green beans. My sons baked potato was probably the best part of this meal. First time here and probably won't sign up for it again, unless it's to break my diet and get the baked potato.

Stopped in a 730pm on 3.21.24 we ordered two 3 meat plates. The chicken breast was dry and barely warm, the brisket was tender and was barely warm, the jalapeño cheddar sausage was cold. Now on to the sides the baked potato casserole was luke warm, mac n cheese was cold, no BBQ beans also all the sauces were put away for the night a hour and a half before closing time. I may give this location another try but not anytime soon.

I ordered 2 plates online with extra BBQ sauces. I came to pick up my food at the time my order was supposed to be ready, they didn't even know and started working on it after I arrived to the store. The store was empty. When they handed me my order, I asked to make sure the extra BBQ sauces were in there and the employee said they were. When I got home, I had two sides (instead of the four I should have received) and neither side was one I ordered. I also did not receive the extra BBQ sauce I paid for and the food was cold even though I live 5 minutes away. I have called the store 5 times trying to be refunded a portion of the order and still have not received my refund despite their assurances they were issuing one. My order was on 2/26/24 and it is now 3/4/24. I am not letting this go because this is the third time this store has messed up my food and the other times I did let it go.
The ribs were extremely dry. Zero flavor. You have to pay extra for bbq sauce? What? Xl potato salad 50bucks?!

I ordered a loaded potato with brisket from grub hub, the restaurant said they were out of potatoes and could replace it with fries. They sent fries that were undercooked, and soggy with barely any meat. I would not order this online , ever. Total waste of money and the food was horrible. I’m unsure how fries are undercooked and still hard on the inside but served soggy from ingredients being thrown all over them instead of individually wrapped like a delivery normally is done. I genuinely feel embarrassed for this place but wouldn’t want anyone else wasting $30 on a botched meal.

Fries weren’t completely cooked so cold n raw in the middle, ribs not very tasty but brisket n beans were great, so was disappointing cuz last time ordered their food was on point.Also showed my delivery person was Alexandria with black hair n it was a guy w/blonde hair who gave me my order, so sorry but didn’t tip then.

Don’t order delivery. The independent delivery companies driver that the business uses may not have a high school diploma. Delivery never showed up but was marked delivered. I went up to the store & they verified my address was in fact correct. 5 stars because the business corrected the problem immediately & the food was as i expected? Good news for the business is they may have gained a customer since the Delivery Driver gave someone in my neighborhood a $28 free sample.
