Did not get order correct. Then the chopped brisket was only fat...really? Next time we'll get Mission

So I love BBQ and I am familiar with Dickies but man has this location been hit or miss. Ordered a 1 meat plate of brisket with fries and coleslaw. The brisket was so fatty that I really couldn’t eat it. And they forgot the toast and BBQ sauce. The portions are already small but the completely fat end brisket just made me sad. Never again.

Placed a mobile order for a kids brisket with fries and a loaded baker with chicken. The brisket was quite good as always. However, the fries were very heavily seasoned (see picture)The loaded baker had fake/bacon bits - this was for my wife, who is gluten free, and most bacon bits are not gf. Unfortunately, the portion of chicken was about half of what we received last time (see picture)Minor item, the soda was very off, likely the syrup had run out, and I had ice even though It was ordered without ice.Overall, generally good food, but some general lack of consistency and portion control.

Horrible customer service!! I used the Dickies mobile app for the first time, so I could utilize my T-Mobile Tuesday deal. So pick it up at 8:38 and was ready at 8:30 show me being who I am I tip 30% just because I felt like they close at 9:00 and I appreciate their service. That was before I walked in the store.. No one said hello, boo, we're closed, nothing. I let her know I was here to pick up my order, she didn't say anything at all. Just gave me my order. I said thank you and she might have said you're welcome but that was it.

45 dollars for 6 small ribs, 4 little sides and a couple drinks?Yeah, no. Skimping on food is not how you keep customers.

Man, I’m not the one to usually have complaints but tonight I couldn’t hold my tongue although I’m grateful for the food but the way it was prepared, was horrible, not to mention the portion of food just seem as it was thrown together like it was scraps, sad part is I called and ask were they still serving food prior to them closing and I was told yes as long as I got there in time but I won’t ever eat this location again just sad

What is this? This is what I paid $20 for? You give me this big giant bag and it’s hardly anything in here. The brisket is dry. The rib is OK. The sausage has a good flavor but it’s mushy. the fries have way too much seasoning. the mac & cheese has no flavor. This is my third time being disappointed by barbecue in Colorado Springs. I think I’m just going to give up at this point.

This does not look like Brisket to me! Not only that their website states that they have curbside and they let my Fiance' rot in the parking lot in -8 degree weather. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with these people to get seven dollars back. Avoid this place it is not what it used to be!

Food quality down. Smallest portions I’ve ever seen. Food dry, bbq sauce act like they were rationing. Not enough to cover meat. Chicken was cold.

I usually love this place. Just spent $60 bucks, I ordered extra Texas Toast-never got any. My husband got a roll, I did not. He didn't like his chilli. I don't like the sweet bbq sauce, glad I ordered a regular one also. The meats were delicious and the potato salad was good. I didn't like the potato casserole this time, it just wasn't as good. I'll wait a while before I make another order.

Ordered on Doordash. I paid $50 for the most criminally tiny portions. The shredded brisket is quite literally ALL fat, the turkey is like mush, the kielbasa tastes old, and the ribs were dry as all hell. The sides are cold and old. I am seriously flabbergasted that you people sell food like this. You should be genuinely ashamed. For real. You have no respect for yourself or your customers if this is the stuff you’re slinging. No idea how this garbage place is still in business.

3 times over 6 years Ive gone to different locations. I've never received warm food. They also might want to compare their menu descriptions to a dictionary. Sliced does not mean pulled. Why do I get 2 lbs of meat that is 50% fat? Why do I get 2 lbs of meat and 3oz of sauce? Why are serving cold food? Just save your money and go somewhere good. Don't buy the Taco Bell BBQ.

DoorDash was great but rarely go out so this was supposed to be a treat on a cold night. Sides were small, meat dry and did not get sauce or pickles I ordered. BBQ with no sauce? Pointless. Dogs enjoyed

BBQ pork sandwiches were very good, brisket and ribs weren’t that great, pretty dry.

Most flavorless meat I've tasted, BBQ sauce was not special, and over priced for food not made any better than that, next time I'll take my business to Bird dog who does BBQ right.
