If I could give more stars I would. The atmosphere if fantastic. The bourbon is better. The service is like no other place I’ve ever experienced. The manager Kolby(not sure on spelling) was unbelievable. I’m from AZ but wish I was from here so I could come all the time!!!

District 11 Speakeasy has a great atmosphere, but my experience was marred by slow service despite the very small crowd. The cocktail menu is surprisingly short given the extensive liquor list, relying heavily on the staff's recommendations. Unfortunately, my friend and I ordered similar, but distinctly flavored, cocktails with high quality booze. We received identical drinks that tasted like well whiskey, ~30 minutes later. When he asked, our server did not even so much as to acknowledge our perspective, nor apologize. The delicious food is on the pricey side for small tapas snacks. Overall, a mixed experience deserving of 3 stars.

We stopped here on a cocktail tour and I was super impressed! It was my favorite place by far. We had Gouda filled peppers topped with mushrooms that were to die for. Let me tell you something. I don't like Gouda, peppers, or mushrooms. I'm serious. I decided to try it anyway and they were FANTASTIC. Also the drink we had was absolutely delicious and tasted a bit like a Wisconsin old fashioned. Super drinkable. The atmosphere was awesome, the bartender was nice, and the food/drink were delicious. So I can't wait to go back!
