The manager Smokey is terrible at their job. He is very rude and didn’t help to resolve an issues I was having. Food came out wrong and when I pointed it out he got defensive and talked back. He should not work in customer service!

Wonderful customer service! The crew messed up our take-out order (it happens!) adding cheese to a cheese-less pizza (dairy allergy… maybe offer goat cheese as an alternative option ?). We called Domino’s and Walter answered. Thank God! He was amazing and quick to help and rectify the error. Not only did Walter and the staff fix the pizza, but Walter delivered it for free. So thankful for business who care about their customers and strive to provide exceptional service.

Apparently they are having a REALLy OFF night. 12 of us are standing at the restaurant waiting for our pizzas because we were all notified the pizzas were ready. Mine hasn’t even gone in the oven and I was told by the App that my pizza was ready 20 minutes ago.
