They have terrible service. We drove up to the ordering area and nobody said anything and then they were surprised that we weren't able to order when we got up to the front. Their shake machine was also broken and they don't put that anywhere on their menu. Their fries are also barely up to McDonalds standards. Don't go here.

Who in the world gives this place 4 to 5 stars? This place looks like a dump and the tiny burger was stone cold. Waited 25 mins with only 4 cars ahead of us to get crappy tiny cold burgers, with fries that taste like I bought them from the store. And the shake machine was BROKEN. If you have 5 items on your entire menu and one is the shake, you should be able to sell them. Ridiculous, I'll never be back to a drifters.

Good fast food...I can't complain. We always have to wait in line at the drive through but that should tell you the food is on point. The reg cheese burger is small but perfect for me and they give you so much fries I have yet to eat them all.

This is by far our favorite burger joint!! The fries are incredible and the burgers taste wonderful too. Get the extra sauce on the burger and get the franks hot sauce for your fries. We won't go to in n out when it opens because drifters is way better!

It's national cheeseburger day and we didn't have to think twice about who to celebrate with. Not only is the food amazing but the service is always top notch as well. Expect a wait...10 minutes isn't unusual to make it through the drive thru. Worth every minute and dollar!

This place is very nice it has pretty good options to choose from, and the people who work there are very nice. It is a tiny bit overpriced, but in my option it is definitely worth it especially fast food when you normally expect a not very good burger. If you want fast food, and your near Chapel Hills Mall I would definitely recommend to come here.

I like it. The menu is similar to In n Out, and it's very simplistic, which I love because sometimes huge menus can be overwhelming (looking at you, Cheesecake Factory). The food quality was pretty good as well. We've only been here once, but I'd say I'll come again whenever we have a craving for good burgers and fast service.
